Either they get delivered to the customer after all, or they are returned to sender. We refund all packages that are returned to us.
Since your order doesn't have a tracking code, there's nothing we can do if it gets lost. To prevent this problem, we recommend you to choose shipping with tracking for your next order. It will then be eligible for a refund if the shipping takes longer than 45 days.

The support was extremely helpful
The support was extremely helpful, the tea is as advertised and very strong. This is the best site for this special tea that I have ever used and will ever use. Now this review probably sounds disingenuous but there is no site as reliable as these folks with potency. Only thing is I would probably give more package options if that is possible because since it comes from Europe the time it takes is long.

I ordered 2g 10x and 2g 20x type salvia,and
I got 13g fkin green tea !! instead of 10x (and had some mild effect at least on 20x,thats why i give 2 stars)
In the past it might was a good shop,DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE,THERE ARE BETTER WEBSITES.
