How are these so called companies allowed to be able to take Credit and Debit cards, are no checks put in place ?

They only get one star because there is no zero rating. Please, please, please take note that you will be scammed. They take your money and give you fake tracking information via Wadztek Logistics. Neither Sambraun or Wadztek are what they say they are, and your emails will be returned. Read all of the other reviews; we've all had the same experience. Luckily my bank reimbursed me, but the embarrassment of being scammed outweighs that.

Item order never delivered, no reply from company £300.00 total loss

Total scam . Please don't buy from them very clever set up but you do not get your items . I ended up contacting my bank and they treated as a scam and refunded me thank goodness ...Avoid at all costs . The delivery company is also part of the scam

I am starting to think this company do not exist. I cannot open any website. Ordered a karcker k4 pressure washer on 19th July. Had message saying tracking information would be emailed within 48hrs. Message said to let them know if it did not. Nothing in my inbox. Emailed this to them and got a reply telling me it would be followed up. I did get a tracking number then and have been following its complicated route from Poland. The last time I checked it had arrived in Glasgow and through customs. Now data cannot be found under thattracking number and website unavailable. SCAM Ifear...avoid

Ordered an item, immediate emails re order confirmation and delivery tracking. Delivery status updated over 4 weeks. Said tried to deliver on 2 occaisons, they had not. I work from home and was in both times. Tried to contact email bounced back, link disappeared, all attempts at communication with Sam Braun have bounced back.

AVOID AT ALL COST. Unfortunatelyas others have said do not use them. This is 100% a Scam. All very believable as its priced in Sterling with Free Delivery, so you aware its coming from abroad. The Logistics website has updates every couple of days making you believe its legitimate. Eventually 2 days running it shows Attempted Delivery failed when you know someone was home. It then says On Hold, following day all information is gone. Save yourself hassle and buy from reputable company. Mine has been reported to TSB Fraud Team.

Scam!! Scam!! Scam!! Do NOT order from these criminals. They take your money then send you a tracking number, that you can track. Which I did to then it all just disappeared. I was able to send one email to sambraun which I got a reply. Then after that every email got bounced back. The logistics company was called Wadztek they also gave me one reply via email, then after all I got was my emails being bounced back. I was hoping to purchase a tv for £558 but nothing ever turned up do not order from these.

SCAM - AVOID! Yes, like the others, I got caught with an online bargain offer on a Dyson. All looks very professional and legit. Receipts and logistics info convincing, but then all trace disappears and all contacts bounce. Credit card info shows payment made to “Bury”. Now going through reclaim process with Halifax. Always check Trust a Trader before using these people

Purchased a camera. Looked to be legit with shipping information provided by Wadztek. Shipping updated daily and then tracking no longer available. Emails to both companies were bounced back so I have very little faith in either as legitimate companies. Fortunately I had paid via credit card and so covered by the Credit Consumer Act. I would not use again or recommend anyone to use either of these companies.

Same experience as everyone else. Salutary lesson in doubting "too good to be true" pricing. Also beware of a probable sister company "Adsawy.com" who use a similar web page design and have even left Sambraun badging on their page.
Dispute raised with bank who thankfully repaid promptly.

This is definitely a Scam company.
I ordered a garden shredder 3 weeks ago, It was due to be delivered within 2 weeks. I was following the tracking and became suspicious when they said that when attempting delivery there was no one to receive the item. I has been home all day and when I tried to contact the company emails were bounce back.
I had paid by American Express Credit Card. I contacted them and they immediately agreed to refund and dispute the charge with the supplier.

wish I`d read the reviews on here first. Yes the same old thing. Following a tracker for your parcel and taking forever.
No contact available .

When I checked my payment through the Bank it's says it's gone to a cometic firm in BURY..
Waste of time now I've got to go through the performance of getting a charge back.

SCAM I ordered a camera a couple of weeks ago, none only the emails will go through no answer and no camera DO NOT ORDER

This company is not legit, ordered an item over a month ago, which they “attempted to deliver” twice, when in fact they did not. At I was at home both times and there was no sign of delivery.
There is no company number to contact, and the email addresses do not exist. Please do not fall victim to this!!!!

Now going through bank to get over £200 out.

Ordered a washing machine and waited (wasted) 3 weeks watching a fancy tracking system of delivery from start to supposed delivery to my house. Tried to get in touch with company, tried various contact details, all of which bounced back with contact not recognised. Absolute scam, DO NOT USE THEM.

Scam scam, do not order with these, they say attempted x2 to deliver, I have CCV cameras at the front of the house. They have not tried. Also do not reply & e mails don't work.
