0 stars the correct number
If there were 0 stars it would be more correct. Agree w Ronda, the so-called "insurance" may not exist. My disaster came about 2 weeks earlier, apparently they hire day-workers without thoroughly checking background. One of the workers seemed to be on drugs, disappearing for hours at a time. (On my dime, needless to say.) And they literally THREW the stuff around, no wrapping, a dresser was horribly damaged and most of the furniture was banged and bruised. The glass on an antique map was shattered, with the whole piece just being dumped on the floor. Christian told me insurance would cover these damages in 10 days to 2 weeks. It is now 2 MONTHS and he doesn't get back to me. I think we need a class action suit.
