SLS says that they are for you the surrogate but they aren't. When things turn sideways with the IPs they only pacify you and don't do what is right. They let the IPs walk all over their surrogates. They don't help with enforcing the contract. They allow the IPs to do what they want. They don't fight for the surrogate.
