Bought an khimar from an in-person event, really loved the material, size and colour of it, would purchase again!

I was really apprehensive after purchasing from this company and reading the reviews on here. However I have had the best experience. I texted the whatsapp number provided on TikTok and received a messages back the same day. Everything arrived on time & it's all very comfortable and good quality, quite long on me but that's the only fault.

I bought a kimono cardigan from this company in Muslim fashion show at the Excel centre in London. I am still wearing it. Every time I go to modest fashion shows, I am always on the lookout to see if she will be there, as this sister's company always has stylish designs.

I have seen the sister who owns this company at many events and like the quality and designs she has on offer. She was very good with helping me to find the right abaya and hijab for me. I have since purchased more hijabs from their website. The postage was very quick. No complaints.

honestly terrible, i ordered 2 jilbabs from them and send them back through royal mail, which was my fault instead of ticktock but had to wait a whole month for them to respond since ramadan and they ignored my messages and dms. when she said she would respond and help me she then continued and ignored me for 2 more weeks until i had to ring and tell them to give me back my refund. WORST COMPANY

This company is a fraud that should be reported to the police. They take your money and never send you the order. I ordered three abayas/khimars from them, received an email confirming the order and then nothing. After 2 weeks, I send them an email but no response. Then sent a message through WhatsApp number from their website but again no response. I've then contacted my bank because money was taken from my account and they are investigating. DON'T PLACE AN ORDER WITH THIS WEBSITE. THEY'RE NOT LEGIT.

Just tried to use this company via TikTok and seems very dodgy. They have a new customer promotion which doesn’t work ! Would not recommend. Tried to resolve so I can buy something but no result. Don’t trust it

I placed an order for over £100 and have NOT received my order, the service I have received is terrible. They provided me with a tracking number which I don’t believe was even for my order, after tracking the order the parcel was delivered 3 hours away to another address. I have contacted them several times through instagram and email with virtually no response, completely immoral to take someone’s money and not provide them with a service they PAID for. They have the time to post on instagram but not respond to my messages. Caused me great inconvenience and I’ve had to waste time out of my day trying to chase my order. I have given them plenty of time to resolve my issue but clearly they don’t care about their customers experience. I would not recommend this company to anyone!!!!!!

I have bought a khimar via the website, and have not received my order. The money has been taken out of my bank but have not received anything. I have tried to reach out via TikTok, Instagram, Contact Me page on their website and even a text number that came up when I tried to contact them on Instagram. No response at all! Terrible

After sales shockingly bad. We returned an abaya. Refund refused First claimed they didn’t receive it. Provided photo and confirmation from courier. Chased the refund. No response. So has my money and the abaya. Raised a dispute via tik tok. Who honoured the refund. If you are reliant on social media for your customers then follow up with the customer service.
