I am very very happy with all experience. I had gastric bypass revision surgery. SAM Patient Service was with me from the first step i came to Izmir. Excellent service, very helpful, friendly people. If i could i would give 10 stars. Thant you so so much guys.

I cannot praise SAM patient services, Izmir, enough for their swift, efficient, honest and professional approach in all things they do. My care co-ordinator did not leave any stone unturned to ensure all my queries and anxieties were put to rest. From day he at hand to answer all questions by either text or phone call. As promised my airport transfers, hotel stay and hospital appointments were all arranged within 2 days of my flight confirmation and arrival. My eye test and consultation was scheduled for the next day and all went as planned. Unfortunately after the test the surgeon's professional opinion was that trifocal lens replacement was not going to be as beneficial for me because eye prescription was weak compared to those with higher ones however he or his team did not pressurize nor influenced me to make a decision in haste. Even after I decided not to go for it they remained as much attentive and professional in accomodating my needs. I was totally satisfied with their services and would highly recommend SAM Patient Services to anyone going to Turkey,Izmir for their eye surgery and even dental implants. Where do I start, ok right from the very first moment I contacted Sam patient services they was very polite and always kept in touch making sure the first contact was on point, after agreeing what was needed to be done with my teeth after sending pictures I paid a deposit, when I arrived in Izmir I was picked up from the airport and taken to the hotel, the place where I was staying was lovely and the area and people were amazing it’s a lovely place, the very next day I was greeted at reception/lobby by berfin who was the women who stayed in contact with me the whole way through and was amazing, after going to the dentist and getting my first appointment out the way I had to wait till the next day to get my temporary teeth, this was not a problem and the dentist was amazing and made me feel at ease, the next few days I sunbathed and relaxed which was lovely, on the Thursday I got to see my new teeth they was amazing but to white for my liking so the dentist redone my moulds and sent them off to get new ones made, on the Friday I finally got my new smile and I couldn’t be more happier with them, anyway I would highly recommend Sam patient services for any works you may be considering they are brilliant at what they do, from berfin to all her colleagues, to the dentist exceptional, I couldn’t thank them enough my confidence with my new smile is amazing

I would recommend SAM patient services i first contacted them by phone from the uk and spoke to Gokmen who was very helpful and explained everything about the treatment. When I arrived I was meet by Gokmen who accompanied me through out the treatment and was able to help me with any questions regarding the treatment.👍

We have been twice to complete our dental treatment and trifocal lens implants. We could not have received better treatment or care from Sam Patient. They were wonderful from start to finish and especially our 2 little sweethearts Berfrin and Boosa.

Meet and greet was very well organised and treatment started first day. Very quick and explained well, process is long so would bring a family member or friend to keep you company.
Overall beautiful country, lovely people and great service.

I contacted several companies in Turkey for dental Implants and SAM Patienst were by far the best service in terms of initial consultations and quotes the response time and accuracy of information was really impressive. Once the treatment was booked in line with the dates that were suitable to me, Berfin who is my main contact throught, organised the hotel, transport and appointments. When I actually arrived everything went to plan in terms of treatment, I cannot fault the service from Dr Ezzgi and her team. This is all down to SAM Patient, I had 2 visits 3 months apart and both time Berfin was available to support whatever I needed whether that was treatment related or not. I am a very cautious and sceptical man but have no problem recommending the SAM Patients team. Berfin, Buse and Mert really know how to make you feel easy and Izmir is really safe, I spent a total of 18 nights over 2 visits and at no point did I not feel safe or looked after. We are now planning our next visit for lens replacement because whilst I was there for dental work I decided to go for a private eye test and I was blown away by the service and equipment and the cost difference between Izmir and UK. I wish the team the continued success they are having and I look forward to meeting them a gain soon.

Hi I'm home in the UK after spending 7 days in Turkey I had a total knee replacement I can't thank Sam services enough they dealt with everything from start to finish it was truly amazing I would like to say a great big thank you to buse and mert for all they done for us we where treated like royalty and where always there for us even the interpreters where wonderful I would most definitely recommend this company to anyone I don't have any negativity about Sam patients services and a great big thanks to Dr mustafa and all hospital staff for there kindness showing to us and the hospital maybe old but it is spotlessly clean I payed private in UK for operation last year and was definitely not treated like I was in Turkey so anyone thinking about it I would say go for it with Sam patients services they are 100% loyal thanks again and keep up the great service yous give to people 😊

I have just completed my eye lens replacement treatment through sam patient company, everything was made easy for me through their professional staff namely Berfin and Mert, they are friendly , efficient and trustworthy, would recommend them to anyone seeking treatment.

Honestly I spent so long thinking about getting a gastric balloon However the one thing putting me off Was my anxiety and going abroad. Berfin was So helpful and gave me all the information that I needed and I decided to go for it and it was the best decision I made, every step of the way I knew what was happening, I knew where I was going ,staying and Knew all the information I needed to know .When I got to the airport I was picked up and Berfin met me at the hospital and accompanied me through the whole operation which went amazing and then when I recovered I was taken back to the hotel however everybody was amazing and gave me good advice and even told me the local places I could go and how to get there and was there for me every step of the way . Honestly couldn’t fault anything And I’m so happy I finally went and did it and I will definitely be going again. Thank you Sam patient services

I decided on my 2nd last day in Turkey to have Gastric Botox treatment and came accross Sam Patient Services. Berfin was assigned as my coordinator and did a wonderful job in understanding my needs and responding I'm a timely manner. From start to finish, it was less than 24 hours and I had my treatment done. Love the efficiency.
Everything went as planned and now I will just wait and see what the results yield 🤞

Everything very well organized. The consultants are very friendly and answer all your questions. The medical staff works very efficiently and the effects are stunning.

Not all Turkey is Istanbul. Izmir is also a good option provided it has the same medical quality services. As far as Sam Patient Services concerns, l can only praise their commitment with the patient and the professionalism of all the team around. My operation has been a success and the beginning of a new era in my life, even at an older age. There are many cultures on this planet, but turks are one of my favorites! Forget about religious issues, you wont find that here. Although they are muslims, they are not arabs and you feel like you could be in any part of Europe. Hospitals are modern and as clean, or perhaps even more, than in the West. The secret of their success also relies on these high standards.

I had a great experience with sams patient services.I travelled from the uk to Izmir and had my top set of teeth crowned,absolutely love my new teeth.Any questions were answered and all transfers provided in our package deal and hotel was very nice,I will definitely be returning to sams patient services in the very near future to have my bottom set done.Recommend highly x
