Excellent installation of our awning and good communication from head office team about the timing of the installation. They dealt with my queries professionally and always replied promptly to my emails. I would definitely order from Samson Awnings again.

Profesional assistance in researching options for a community building our Cricket pavilion/sports village hall, that is the (property of The Parish); and hence not our own building. The choices of installation were thus limited for us also, as budget was grant applied and manual operation on costs was also key, but good value on manual operation designs available and chosen. The selecting the material design and pattern colour was shared to committee as there was a wide choice. The Company regularly updated and refreshed quotes to accommodate changes and alternate length options of awning around existing windows heater outlets and supporting wall and the stock held options to give us a proffered choice. Installed quickly efficiently by the team on Friday 12/1/24.The awning clears existing guttering (lower roof concept), and offered increased height by the extended mounting Steel structural mounting brackets. Giving height clearances for taller personnel in our Sports team. The slope angle and a height of (6’8”) and thus set as such by the installation engineers also allows rain to run away to front left awning. A superb improvement for the Villages pavilion.

Very professional and knowledgeable company. The whole process of visiting the showroom, deciding on what system we wanted and then ordering was very straightforward. The team that installed our awning and heater were very experienced and got the job done well and cleaned away afterwards. They also spent time explaining exactly how the system worked. This is the second time we have used this local company and the quality of the product and workmanship was first class. 4 stars and not 5?, frustrating lengthy lead time with a lack of regular updates to allay frustration. Will use them again if need arises.

A very professional approach to our glass room and decking from start to finish. Oliver was extremely helpful, actually pointing out possible downsides as well as all the positives. Quite a long wait from ordering to installation, but that had been advised.
Micky and Jamie arrived on the arranged day and after setting up, began assembly. With the Glass room, awning and decking, four days had been allowed and it was completed within that. They both work very methodically and quickly. The finished room is better than we expected and is in constant use.
I can't praise Micky and Jamie enough. Micky had visited for the site survey and was full of useful tips prior to ordering. They both are approachable and no question was unanswered. Nice guys in general.
I have no hesitation in recommending Samson, the whole experience was dealt with in a friendly, but business-like, manner.

Excellent info on the website. Not just “selling” but genuinely helpful advice. Throughout the process the Samson team have been courteous and professional. Lee & Tim did the installation and were excellent - friendly, skilled and thorough. Explained everything thoroughly after fitting and left no mess. Would recommend.

We originally visited the showroom to get advice and see all the options of manufacturer, type/style materials etc. From the start the staff particularly Jessica were excellent and gave us first class attention.
Delivery lead-in time was all as advised and the two installers, Chris and Lee were very professional.
They were happy to address any questions we had whilst the installation was progressing, and on completion they explained some do's and don's on the basics of operation and maintenance. All in all a first class service.

From the first contact onwards the service, expertise and quality of installation was excellent. The installation date was given circa 5 weeks beforehand and was held. Micky and James did a great job.

After several weeks of research, speaking with several suppliers and receiving a variety of quotes we decided to go to Samson Outdoor Living. From speaking to the sales, surveyor and installation teams we were given the best advice, guided through the whole process and their customer care was exemplary. On the day of installation, Craig, Lee & Chris were the consummate professionals being respectful of our property, polite and most importantly knowledgeable. They made a superb job of the installation, taking the upmost care, and after giving us a full demonstration and talk through cleared up and washed down where they had been working leaving it clean and tidy. They are a credit to the business. The awning itself has surpassed our expectations and we could not be more please with our decision to use Samson. The quality is typically German and therefore we were pleasantly surprised at the very competitive pricing that Samson offered. We would highly recommend this company to anyone thinking of having an awning fitted.
