Myself and my wife recently built a new house and decided to put TV,s in each of the rooms. Sadly, we chose the Samsung brand in three of the rooms but two out of the three have now developed major faults rendering them unusable. These TV’s have lasted 2 1/2 years from new which I think is a pretty poor show. Previous TV’s we have owned have lasted years without problem. Samsung are unapologetic and just recommend booking them in for paid repair but the warranty on something like a TV should be covered if they have been hardly used and there is an obvious design fault with the unit. They both have had minimal use as in spare rooms so have been rarely use. I will never buy this product brand again and would certainly never recommend this marque to anyone in the future. Shame on you Samsung.
