Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service. My appointment was cancelled 3 times due to non availability of parts. Not even much in the way of an apology.
Samsung repair destroyed my phone.
Purchased a new, old stock, Samsung phone from an online retailer. Phone arrived in March 2025. In Oct 2025 phone had a "camera fail". I provided my purchase information to Samsung, and they approved a warranty repair. Between Oct and December no repair was completed, and the phone was returned not only unrepaired of the "camera fail", but it would no longer boot up at all. In December Samsung informed me that the phone was not covered by a warranty because the retailer that I purchased it from was not an "authorized dealer". Samsung refuses to acknowledge that they approved the warranty in Oct and accept no responsibility for the damage caused by their repair unit.

Very punctual and explained
The technician kept me posed as to his arrival time and arrived when he said he would. Unfortunately the repair of my camera was uneconomic but he told me that the fingertip sensor wasn't working and needed repair. I will contact you to arrange this after Christmas.
No call no show for service
No call no show for service. Took off all day and waited never showed up. When I called them they said I was racist because I asked for someone that spoke better English as he spoke Spanish. I couldn’t understand a word.
I need to buy a new washing machine because Samsung did not honor their safety recall. They have 177 complaints with the BBB concerning this.
Will be putting in a written complaint with the attorney general as they did not fix their safety issue and I can’t use the machine. I have been cut from the plastic top. Will never purchase another Samsung product in my life. They do not stand behind their products.

I had the worse experience with Samsung repairs. They doesn't want to repair my phone just because of very little scratches on the inches. I've contacted Samsung and they said they couldn't get in touch with their engineers, and kept promised me for all day they will contact me and they never did, I should contact them six times today. Very unprofessional and very unhelpful. I've been a Samsung customer for 9 years but after this experience I will never buy a Samsung phone. I am very disappointed 😞.

Surprised Sad and disappointed.
My trusty Samsung S20 plus reported its battery was getting too old.So after clicking on the samsung link on the message it took me to likewise.I booked for a at home replacement £85 .Sadly the first appointment was cancelled by Likewise the night before.2 weeks later a polite engineer arrived.Sadly and confusingly his diagnostics reported failed main board ! But the phone works fine and passes all the device care test except battery.sadly likewise charged full cost for call out £60 and no new battery .Very disappointed at response from customer services.But no disrespect to polite professional engineer who just doing their job.. Sadly wont use them again and just buy a second hand replacement via ebay..
Samsung Repair man under warranty no show
I had booked for a repair for my fridge with Samsung under warranty today. the appointment for repair was booked today and no show
I called and tracked the repair - managed by Mint 2 Mint Group Ltd and was informed they are on the way. It is now 5.30pm - I was advised by Samsung that the office is closed and there is nothing they can do
I wasted the whole day, waiting and was not informed

I booked a repair through SamsungRepair.com run by Likewize, it's worth checking out their reviews. I had two straightforward issues with my phone: battery and headphone-jack replacement. I paid £248 upfront, including a £59 call-out fee.
The technician arrived more than an hour late and then refused to carry out any of the repairs I had already paid for unless I agreed to buy an extra repair I never requested. I made it clear I wanted to proceed with the original work only and fully accepted any risks — but he still refused to do the job.
When I contacted customer service the next day, I was told they would not refund the call-out fee, even though no repair was performed and the refusal was entirely their decision.
As of posting this review, they have kept the full £248 despite doing no work whatsoever.
This has been an extremely disappointing experience, and I would strongly advise others to be very cautious when using this service.
5 YEAR EXTENDED WARRANTY ISN'T RESPECTED
I HAD A 5 YEAR EXTENDED WARRENTY ON MY TUMBLE DRIER TAKEN OUT IN 2023. IT BROKE DOWN IN 2025 SO I CALLED SAMSUNG AND WAS TOLD I'D BE CONTACTED WITHIN 48 HOURS BY AN AGENT TO BOOK IN A REPAIR. FOUR DAYS AND SEVERAL CALLS LATER I HAVE HAD NO SUCH CONTACT AND AM GETTING NOWHERE. I HAVE ALSO TOLD SAMSUNG THAT THEIR "TRACK YOUR REPAIR"ON LINE CHAT BOX IS INOPPERABLE BECAUSE IT BLOCKS ANY PROGRESS THERE BY SENDING AN ERROR MESSAGE CLAIMING THAT MY COMPUTER COOKIE SETTINGS ARE BLOCKING ACCESS TO IT-(DESPITE THAT I HAVE UNBLOCKED EVERY COOKIE IN THE WORLD-THIS MESSAGE SIMPLY HALTS ANY ACCESS TO THE TRACKING AND CHAT FACILITY). 4 DAYS LATER NOW AND I'M STILL WITHOUT ANY PROGRESS TOWARDS EVEN BOOKING IN FOR ANY INSPECTOR TO VISIT ME-I'M NOT GIVEN ANY ACCESS TO ANY SENIOR EMPLOYEE IN ORDER TO ESCALATE MATTERS NOR AM I BEING TOLD HOW I CAN MAKE A COMPLAINT WHEN I ASK ABOUT THAT EITHER. INSTEAD I JUST KEEP BEING ASKED FOR THE SAME TROUBLE SHOOTING INFORMATION OVER AND OVER IN EVERY CALL IM MAKING IN TO SAMSUNG-WITH OPERATIVES REPEATEDLY SAYING THAT THIS HASN'T BEEN RECORDED IN ANY OF MY PREVIOUS CALLS!! I SHALL NEVER BUY SAMSUNG AGAIN-THIS WAS AN EXPENSIVE HEAT PUMP DRIER AND ITS JUST BEEN A TOTAL NIGHTMARE-A REPAIR HASN'T EVEN BEEN BOOKED IN FOR SELECTION WITH AN ENGINEERING PROVIDER/AGENT YET AND I ALHOUGH I'VE MADE THEM AWARE THAT I CAN'T DRY CLOTHES OR SHEETS FOR MY DAUGHTER WHO HAS CROHNS DISEASE-NO PROGRESS IS BEING MADE AT ALL-SO MUCH FOR AN EXTENDED WARRANTY-BUYERS BEWARE!!-NEXT STOP-TRADING STANDARDS.

Quick, efficient and understanding
Being a mun to a 1 year old you rely on your phone so much and when my internal screen suddenly cracked I was so stressed about it but I managed to book a repair within 2 days and it only took 1 hour to repair! The guy was super nice and so understanding. Cannot fault my experience, so efficient.

My phone cracked and I decided to repair it via Samsung for the Repairs. I was unable to access my Samsung account without my phone (for the validation process) so I spoke with an Agent who was very helpful and polite. She promptly arranged a courier around my work schedule. The service provides regular tracking updates with the quote and payment being done via the same portal. I had some issues making the payment (without access to my phone to verify the transaction) but Saskia was helpful in placing the order on hold while I resolved this. The phone has now been promptly repaired and received! Thank you
