Maybe closer to 4 stars

Maybe it should be closer to 4 stars because when they did eventually turn up their work couldn't be faulted. It was just so drawn out to get them here.

Epic job

So much more than a phone repair! My friend lost her child 6 weeks ago and all the photos of him were on the broken phone. You may just have fixed a screen but in reality, it was a great massive huge gift to them to get their pictures back. Thank you doesn’t cover it 💯 👏🏼

Helpful and friendly - but arrived very early

The repair man was helpful, warm and worked quickly and efficiently.
Repair was done well and he was helpful in making sure all settings were done.

The only thing I would say was he arrived 2 hours before the given time slot. In my case that was great and really helpful but can see how this would be an issue for a customer who planned their day around that slot and may not be in etc.

Helpful and would use again (though hopefully I don't smash my screen again so I don't have to!)

Excellent

Excellent

Flawless. Engineer was great. Explained everything that would be done and clarified any doubts I thought I had. Arrived early and did the repairs quickly and very professionally. Now I can go back to using my favourite phone and use Likewise again in the future without the worry of finding a shop to go to

Dont trust Samsungs Service department

I have a Galaxy Z Flip 6 cell phone. I have had it for more than a year when the screens went black. I took the phone to my carrier. who sent me to The Samsung Experience Store to have it repaired for free.
They have now had my phone 10 days and I have got nothing but excuses as to why they won't just replace the phone I have been using Samsung Galaxy phones since the S8 model.
I do not see myself buying another Samsung product after this experience. The worst part has been the lack of communication with the store.
If you call the store directly the call goes to voicemail, where the mailbox mis full and no one answers the phone. I have also been given personal phone numbers of 2 different managers, yet theyt wont answer these phones or return a message ifm you can even leave one.

Left with broken phone

The phone screen was cracked but still working so I paid £169 for a new screen. They came to fix it and 30 mins later came back with a broken phone and said the frame had a dint and that broke the new screen so now I would have to pay an extra £99 for a new frame too, the phone is currently on sale for £254 which is less than the repairs. They said they will charge me £59 for a call out even if I don't get the phone fixed again and left me with the cracked screen hanging off the phone.

Deeply disappointed by Samsung repair…

Deeply disappointed by Samsung repair process!

Sent a Galaxy S23 Ultra in due to serious overheating issues and a visible display anomaly under the glass, at the edge of the display boarder. The phone was never mis-handled or damaged.
Instead of investigating the overheating issue, Samsung voided my warranty based on this cosmetic delamination effect as "user damage" and stated this claim was factual damage despite this being present from new and officially publicly stated by Samsung themselves, as a a harmless manufacturing quirk that occurs in the manufacturing process. They have a dedicated website page on it. As well as many other online sources discussing the topic and user reports.

The repair centre even provided me photo evidence of the "damaged delaminated display" effect to back up their claim of user damage. Which perfectly matches Samsung's own images of this "harmless" effect, as well as many other users images and credible hardware sources providing pictures and statements on it.

The repair centre stated they couldn't investigate to identify the fault or internal damages because this delamination effect voids my warranty, yet they informed me I would receive a quote for repair costs shortly, so they can somehow provide this without inspecting the phone.

The phone was never diagnosed and no technical inspection on the overheating was performed, I was left with no support, no safety assessment and a chargeable repair quote based on assumption.

Extremely disappointed by the lack of transparency, inconsistency and refusal to take responsibility for a likely manufacturing fault and potentially dangerous one at that, dismissed through a retroactive misapplication of blame despite this visual artefact being a published manufacturing issue by Samsung itself as well as many other credible sources.
My time with Samsung as a customer and product user has ended.

Great customer service and technicians

I got an appointment that was too late in the day to suit me. I called in the morning, told them and was contacted by the technician who managed to get to me 3 hours earlier. When he arrived he was polite and did a great repair quickly and efficiently.

Need improve service center response.

After a week, email informed it's not under warranty without giving details or picture evidence, but only a call number. After 3 people and 50mins, they gave LCD is broken and not under warranty. They should've mention it/send payment link instead of frustrating 50min of waiting.
I see other reviews on how post fix - touch screen is not working properly, so I am worries whether I wasted $400 and 3 weeks. After using Samsung for entire life, seriously considering changing to a different provider.

An amazing repair service for my S20 Ultra

When my Samsung S20 Ultra's screen started going green and white, I opted for the service at samsungrepair.com and at first I was apprehensive about it because of the price and the overall 3.9/5 stars on Trustpilot at the time. But when I checked some of the 1 Star reviews, there were a lot of them talking about their washing machines or dishwashers at Samsung Service centers which this is not.

I got a booking for a slot 2 days from the date I booked and they sent and email and a text confirming the time slot the evening before the date. The technician was going to be about an hour early so she called us to heck if it is fine instead of showing up out of the blue which was nice. She was very polite, friendly, professional and my screen was repaired in under an hour to a high standard.

I am currently charging my phone battery to full since replacing the screen comes with a new battery in their service. Overall it was 100% worth the price I paid.
