Good at taking your money and little else
They are good at harassing you through phone, SMS and email until the contract is signed, after which they promptly disappear. Very little help is offered when requested.

Seamless and Flexible Accommodation Process for Internationals
I recently found accommodation in Jönköping, Sweden, through this website, and I am very impressed with their service. The process is clear and flexible, making it easy for internationals to apply for accommodations. I particularly appreciated the opportunity to communicate directly with the Person who's renting the place and the option for video calls, which is very reassuring as an international applicant.
I have just signed the contract and excited to move in soon. Based on my experience so far, I have confidence that their process for sending invoices and handling monthly payments will be perfect. I highly recommend this service to anyone looking for accommodation.

Happy with a great customer service
Great customer service and very clear instructions. It was mostly a seamless process. :)
I do advise that certain useful templates, material and guides are also translated in English. Both I and my renter are English speaking, and I assume it is not a rare occurrence. This will make the process more user friendly.
