I think the support provided by the assistant was amazing. The only thing to improve would be that we are able to reach the owners even if we dont have BankID (so not fully confirmed profiles)

Great platform and once we found our place to rent, the interaction with Samtrygg customer service was astonishingly easy and helpful. Very responsive, no „can you give me a reference number“, they’re well set up and have good answers handy immediately. They’re also super prepared to deal with foreigners moving to Sweden and enable easy and safe rentals for people just arriving in the country without access to BankID etc.

Samtrygg has an intuitive UI and a prompt workforce. They make it known everything that needs to be done from both the landlord and the tenant's end.

The company is to expenseive and does nt much the price with the service.

They were great to facilitate my search for an apartment in Stockholm and were very quick response to my questions.

I have tried several times to use their service but always end up with Qasa. Why?
1. The search function is very buggy on Samtrygg website. Qasa is so straightforward. I’ve tried at least 3 different browsers and contacted Samtrygg but it’s still the same. Very frustrating.
2. Sometimes I’ve wanted to check something with the potential landlord before booking a viewing but it’s not possible. You are forced to book a viewing and if you forget to cancel there is a charge of a few hundred kronor. Qasa gives you direct contact with the landlord, no barriers.
3. I booked a viewing because I wanted to ask if the landlord a question (I have a dog) and Samtrygg did a credit check on me!!! Qasa only do the credit check once you decide to enter into a contract.

I have moved 4 times since November 2022. I have each time ended up with Qasa. It is based upon these experiences that I am writing this recommendation.

Moving to Sweden as a foreigner, I found great comfort in the assistance provided when searching for an apartment.

I found an accomodation pretty fast and the contract is managed in very few steps.
My only issue is that for international people (without a swedish bank account) some steps are quite tricky

The online tools work perfectly!
