We've recently completed a family home project in the Cotswolds on behalf of our client who had used Samuel Heath fittings in their previous home. The Landmark taps in City bronze finish was exactly what they were looking for and the client was delighted that they were able to find ironmongery in the same finish. Delivery was on time and well packaged in recyclable boxes. Great to see British-made products with such heritage.
Have had to replace one CD valve and one thermostatic cartridge on 4 year old (Landmark Industrial range) shower set. No reply to enquiries sent by email on warranty. Their taps etc. look great, but not sure I’d pay such a premium for form over function.

Seventeen years ago, my husband and I purchased three sets of Samuel Heath taps for both our bathroom and kitchen. Such a SUPERB product in EVERY way. All three sets appear as new today as when they were first purchased all those very many years ago.
Upon recently contacting the company to discuss a kitchen tap that had finally formed a slight drip, the level of customer service I received from James Barrett from within the technical department was literally WORLD CLASS.
