Never order from a company without a return policy

I had ordered a custom katana and the tsuka was damaged. I took pictures and set it to them, which he agreed it was like that when it left the factory. The sword smith admitted it to him. The only thing he was going to do was give me a discount on the next sword I buy from them. I responded by saying I already own 7 katana and would like a refund. I never heard from them again. I tried contacting them a few more times, but he ghosted me. NEVER BUY FROM A COMPANY THAT DOSE NOT HAVE A RETURN POLICY.

Very bad after sales services

I bought a 900€ katana from them and after delivery problems I finally received it with a broken Saya ( sheath ).
After sending them pictures about the issue, the only solution they proposed me was to send me a new Saya but only if I accepted to pay the costs of delivery!
This is unacceptable and they should learn to respect and take care about their customers as they seem not to know the meaning of after sales services!

I bought a Nagamaki

I bought a Nagamaki and man, was I scared if it's a scam.
But it's not, the sword is incredible beautiful, the blade looks like real good work, as far as I can tell.
And the delivery was extremely fast!
*Wanted to add pictures, but it seems that i cant't, sorry.
