Impeccable End of tenancy clean
We were moving out of our flat after 3 years, Samyx provided an end-of-tenancy clean to an impeccable standard. This is the second time I have used them for an end-of-tenancy clean and on both occasions received my deposit back in full. The team are professional, meticulous and extremely courteous, they do a fantastic job every single time and would highly recommend. They know exactly what they are doing and provide a fair price, I will be using them again!!!

Cleaning job was done professionally
Samyx cleaners that I booked in August 10th 2024 done a perfect job in cleaning the flat and i was pleased with their efforts. The rubbish was left outside the bins scattered. I am billed £220 by my previous landlord. I was accused falsely by my previous landlord I am shocked and disappointed. I informed the landlord about the cleaning service I booked few days before my moving out. Samyx response was reasonable. My frustrations is with the landlord.

Unfortunately, as you reached out to us nearly 20 days after the service, we were unable to address the issue as well as we would have done if you were informed us within our 72-hour warranty period. During this period, we would have been able to respond quickly and resolve any concerns.
The photo provided by your landlord as well as the charge raises some questions about his actions, and given the professionalism and experience of the cleaning team, it’s difficult to believe that such an oversight could have occurred. It’s also worth noting that there were NO complaints regarding the cleaning itself.
To help others avoid similar situations, we strongly recommend informing landlords in advance if you plan to use a professional cleaning service with a warranty period. This can help prevent misunderstandings and ensure that any issues are addressed promptly. If the landlord refuses to accept that, this can raise doubts about his intentions.
We are truly sorry that you had to deal with this situation, however, we cannot find what exactly is our fault. Landlords usually don't do this unless they have no intention of charging you for anything. We understand your frustration, and while we have fulfilled all contractual obligations on our part, we recognize that this has been a difficult experience for you. If you have any further concerns or need additional assistance, please don't hesitate to reach out.

Never ever deal with this company!
Never, ever deal with this company! I ordered an end-of-tenancy deep cleaning service for my 2-bedroom flat, but the experience was a complete disappointment. They sent only one individual who was ill-equipped, lacked English proficiency, and only spoke Bulgarian. The cleaning was subpar, failing to meet even basic domestic standards. To make matters worse, the cleaner used the same cloth throughout the entire flat, resulting in dog hair being found in both the freezer and the fridge. The company charged me £442.5 for this unsatisfactory service.
Upon raising the issue with the cleaning company, they sent the same individual back, who spent only half an hour without proper equipment and couldn't effectively clean. Despite showing videos and pictures of the inadequate cleaning, the company initially dismissed my concerns. When I pointed out the uncleaned part of the oven, the response was that I should clean it myself.
After persistently presenting evidence of the inadequate service, the company reluctantly offered a meager £65 refund out of the £442.5 I paid. Despite some negative comments I had read about this company, they seem to overshadow them with positive ones, making it easy for the negative experiences to get lost. Save yourself the trouble and avoid dealing with this company at all costs!

Regrettably, due to unexpected illness, we had to send a single cleaner to your flat instead of the usual team of two. Despite this, we made every effort to fulfil our commitment and provide the service without sudden cancellation, aiming to minimize any inconvenience to you.
The cleaners undergo extensive training and are professionals in end-of-tenancy cleaning. The team assigned to your flat has consistently delivered satisfactory results over the past year. Unfortunately, occasional human resource challenges, like sickness, can impact our usual practices.
Cleaning with a single cloth throughout the entire space is unthinkable. The cleaner provided photos immediately after the service, showing the array of equipment used, and everything appeared satisfactory. However, we will thoroughly investigate this matter further to ensure such lapses do not occur in the future.
We promptly addressed your concern within the warranty period, adhering to our commitment. The cleaner returned promptly as per our contract. Following your inspection and approval of the re-cleaning, the service was successfully concluded.
We acknowledge there may have been a misunderstanding contributing to confusion. It is important to clarify that we did not instruct you to personally clean the oven. Our intention was to explain that the oven is cleaned following standard procedures. Regrettably, the service does not encompass the disassembly of the rheotan located on the upper side of the oven, making it challenging to access without taking it apart. This limitation is generally understood as reasonable within the industry.
In our endeavour to find a fair resolution, we offered a £78 (inl.VAT) refund, aligned with the specific areas noted in your complaint. Regrettably, we cannot fulfil your explicit request for a full refund solely based on the dissatisfaction with three mentioned items.
Despite unforeseen circumstances, the cleaner dedicated significant time to address the aftermath left by your tenants. We conducted a repeat cleaning, which you deemed satisfactory, and proposed partial compensation for all the mentioned areas. Unfortunately, this offer was not accepted.
While we regret that your experience fell short of expectations, we remain committed to continuous improvement. Your feedback is invaluable, and we will use this opportunity to enhance our services and strive for full customer satisfaction. We appreciate your feedback and look forward to any future opportunities to serve our customers better and better.

The cleaners did a fantastic job on my end of tenancy cleaning. I wasn't sure there was much hope for the oven and bathtub especially, but it was absolutely spotless! Would definitely use Samyx again :)
