I ordered a product from Sanlava on 2/11/26. Three days later I received an e-mail that my product was "on it's way." This was just the start of the lies and disinformation. By 2/24, not having received the order the company was contacted by e-mail. Sunlava rplied by telling me there were supply chain issue due to "the Chinese New Year and Valentines day." They assured me that the product would be in my hands between 2/27 and 3/9. Today is 3/11. No product, no communication from Sanlava or the shipper. I would not order from this company. They cannot be trusted.

My last experience was that Sanalyslab helped me out when I told them about my thyroid problems. Within no them they presented a product that helped to solve that problem, which I immedately ordered of course.
They are always very alert on things and had until now always had solutions that helped me out with several things. The way how they are dealing with their customers is supurb and very customer-friendly. Even when something doesn't go right as a customer wanted, they always find any solution to solve problems very fast. I'm very impressed by everything and the way dr. Rosmy Barrios and one of her assistants Alina, serve their customers at usualy such short notices. And I do thank them for everything they did for me, as well as for all the help they gave me!
