I purchased three dresses for $110, they looked great on the model! They are too tight around the bust and are shapeless. I do not recommend buying from this company.

I am so pleased with my recent purchases They add a lovely variety of fashion in my wardrobe. Designs which are not available on the high street.

I love this shirt, the fit is perfect, it is SO Cute, the material is Great! I guess I didn’t expect it, so it was a fantastic surprise to me! THANK YOU SO MUCH.

Really love the quality and softness, it is also well made. Took a lot longer to get than I anticipated, but I'm happy.

If I could rate Sanatia’s business a 0 (zero), I would. First, my order of 3 items was said to have been shipped on 8/24/21. On 9/2, the tracking number indicated the item had not yet been picked up. By 9/5, I had the items in hand so, clearly the company expedited which I appreciated. On 9/7, I contacted Sanatia for a refund authorization as the clothes were way too big and did not fit well. Their first response was to ask for photos of the items I purchased and to explain the measurements. Please note my order was $110.97 without taxes or shipping. The 2nd request for a return code on 9/7 garnered me an offer of $10 from Sanatia and suggested I keep the clothes. The 3rd request for a return authorization netted me a $28 offer and an explanation that I would bear the costs of return shipping and it’s really expensive. I am now on my 4th attempt to get a return authorization code and have been forced to resort to this review . If I am again denied my right under Sanatia’s return policy for an “easy returns process”, I will have to pursue other means.

Response to request #1 for a Return Authorization received 9/7/21:
“ So sorry for the inconvenience it caused. Can you show us the picture of the clothes you received, just of the clothes？Our products are made according to the size chart on the website. The maximum difference is 2-3cm, please understand.”

Sanatia’s Response to request #2, received 9/8/21:
“ We are so sorry that our clothes didn't meet your expectation. We are willing to give you $ 10 compensation. Can you keep the order”

Sanatia’s Response to request #3, received on 9/8/21:
“ We can refund you USD$28 as compensation, could you kindly keep the order? If the clothes are returned, the freight will be borne by yourself. Our return address is international address that shipping fee is very expensive.”

The clothes are awesome. Love that. Just as pictured.

Only negative was the length of time between order & delivery.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE! I purchased 2 "sweaters" and 1 dress for almost $100 usd. They look NOTHING like the clothing on the models. The fabric is the cheapest horrible feeling, what I can only assume is, polyester. There are no tags on the clothes saying what they are made from. I have asked for a full refund. We will see if I get anywhere. Companies like this should be ashamed of themselves. All these fake reviews on here. It's disgusting.

Great. I love my new dress.

Overall I was pleased with the items I ordered. It took almost a month to arrive so plan accordingly! I am 5’10” and wear a size M / 10 US and all my items ran small - snug but still wearable. Quality was better than expected! BTW if you are wondering if this is a real company like I was after 2 weeks and no delivery status update, it is real. Just takes time to ship from overseas to CA.

Don't order from this company. They lie about materials used. Then they don't answer my emails!

I ordered two dresses and a long sleeve top. The fit was awful -- like gunny sacks, no shape and super cheap material. I wrote for the "guaranteed refund" and was told they would offer me less than half what I paid and could keep the items. I asked about returning them. The address was in India and would have cost me $38 to return! I deducted the $38 from what I paid ($100) and asked for the difference. They refunded the amount I requested. I do not recommend buying from this company.

The dress is great, feels great, looks great! I love it! It is a little big, I'm going to have to have it altered, I wish they offered XS

Excellent quality, true to size except one dress. Ordered XL but for more like a M-L.

Beautiful print, solid material no flimsy look or feel about it. Fit as described.
