They sent the wrong product
They sent the wrong product. Offered me a refund or exchange, nothing to make it better that they sent the wrong product to begin with. I asked them to re-send what I had originally ordered, they said they'd send priority because I was leaving on vacation. I never received the corrected order. They did end up giving me a $50 gift certificate, but why would I order from them again when they never made it right the first time. I ended up having to send back the wrong items just to get my original payment refunded. It took MANY, MANY emails over and over. Way too much time wasted on this and then I had to go find a FedEx drop to return the items I never ordered in the first place.

You will love the sand cloud brand
You will love the sand cloud brand. The caftans are awesome for right out of the shower. I have used them pool side but find them even more useful everyday out of the shower.
The towels are so soft and absolutely shake sand off at the beach. Love all my sand cloud towels, kaftans, and bags. Only problem I have is figuring out how to use the head wrap 😳😂😂

Sand Cloud towels & ponchos are not cheap but they are fantastic. They get better with age. I did have a problem with a poncho and Sand Cloud reached out and replaced it. You can’t ask more from a company that stands behind their product. Sand Cloud deserves the accolades & following.

Ive ordered twice from this manufacturer. Both times highly quality products and quick to arrive. I got several blankets all which are very light weight but warm. I recommend the star wars blankets, I also got the Jack-o-lantern blanket. each are light weight and thin, but they are very warm.

Want to love but confused?
This seems like a good company, and their products look genuine, but the bag my order came in smelled like cigarettes? Im sure it was maybe a one off thing, but I also wrote that in when I submitted my return and didn't hear anything back regarding it. Even though that seems like a pretty jarring thing. Would love to try again in the future but am kind of confused and curious? I didnt unravel it, but the towel looked fine though, and was pretty small rolled up which was exactly what I was looking for. Very unfortunate though
