Not even one star

Not even one star. Delivery person of Sandd leaves the letters on the stairs of my building. I reported several times on the phone to Sandd and they always say that they are investigating and nothing happens. Till today Sandd delivery person continues to leave letters from Banks, Tax office etc. on a public area (stairs) instead of delivering to my post box. These letters are confidential, so it is quite clear that it is a breach of GDPR. If the company does nothing they will be held responsible. I am going to report this company to the competent Dutch authorities.
