5* Customer service and fabulous…

5* Customer service and fabulous products. Can't believe i have only just found you, I ordered at 1pm and received my order at 230pm! Such as speedy delivery service. Love my new dress, wasn't sure on size and the customer service was great at helping me find my perfect size. Thanks Sand Dollar!

Make sure you read the t&c’s before…

Make sure you read the t&c’s before buying. Have just ordered two sale items which when arrived were too small. Company will not refund only exchange or give a e-card. I have scoured their website and haven’t found anything I want. I am now left with either two unwanted tops or an e-card which is no good. TERRIBLE customer service. PLEASE look at other Websites for items.

Never again!

Never again!
I would rate zero stars but that’s sadly not possible.
I ordered hats online and asked the sales lady since they had only one size of they will fit me. She said no worries it will fit. As they are adjustable. Sadly they are too small and only one hat was adjustable. I asked if I can return them prior to order confirmation and I was told within 14 days and I can bring them to the store or send to head office. Now that I wanted to return them it was not possible an I end up with hats I can not wear!!!!
Service from the manager is rude!
Customer service at its worst!

Excellent company - customer service is above and beyond any other online company.
Fabulous choice of swimwear and accessories and beach wear. All high quality.
