I ordered a dress on 3/25/26. Finally received it on 4/8/26. I thought it was coming from New York. Instead, it came directly from China, crumpled up in a tiny bag. The dress was sized for a 10-year-old, NOT an adult. The material was so thin you could see through it. Have sent multiple messages to the company but have not heard back yet.
I ordered a dress from the Sandersmode.com website. it arrived about 2 weeks later and it was very poor quality. Their website promises to accept returns within 30 days, but you have to send an email to initiate the process. I did realize I would be responsible for the return shipping. Several days after my initial inquiry I received a response offering me a 10% credit to my card, but no return address. I responded that I wanted to return the dress but after 4 days, I am still awaiting a response. However they did send me an unsolicited email asking me to review their service!
