Outsourcing company that's not technical and doesn't outsource

The company claims to source talent for various projects. After going through the contracting process, I was offered a decent hourly pay for a project.

Non-technical management. No specifications, the only useful infrastructure was managed by some guy who was fired months ago!? The sites they run are all gambling related, and as of this writing are all offline.

Technical aspects were managed by some German guy, who did not understand anything technical, everything had to be solved by the guy who was fired. It was insane.

The people doing the project management are designers who do not understand programming concepts and had no clue what data had to be displayed and where.
Specifications was "just YOLO it quick and we will fix it later".

If you are a sane programmer: stay away. Pay is decent, and they pay on time, but it is a horrible environment and lack of skilled management.
