Used successfully in France BUT ....

Used this tag successfully in France. However, the annual charge wad increased during Covid restrictions so I enquired about returning the tag. I sent it back to the address given in September 2020. I was then billed the annual charge in July 3021! I wrote and explained and they said tough - we didn't get the tag so you have to pay, now go away.

I used the tag whilst travelling in…

I used the tag whilst travelling in France, on my return in August I requested a toll adjustment as I had been charged for car parking that I had already paid for (Evidence requested and supplied), I have chased on numerous occasions for an update but keep getting told its a lengthy process, I have today received a letter stating they are going to commence a debt recovery process for the amount owed, I have requested an adjusted invoice with the parking removed and I will settle the invoice immediately. Why should I pay for something twice ???

Check your monthly invoices

I would recommend the use of a tag when driving on French autoroute's. However, for the second month running I am required to challenge the amount the company will debit my bank account. In August, the amount overcharged is 15 euros. This month the sum is almost 60 euros!

Fortunately, after the exchange of numerous emails last month. I now understand their systems a little better and I hope to resolve the problem in less than a week!

Thus, I am beginning to consider the true worth of the system.
