I have not yet received my pens. I have been waiting for over 4 months. I sent 1 email about a month or so ago after receiving a "please post a review email". I was told they would arrive. Now I have been sent another review request email and still no pens. Money back would now be an option I would like to be offered.
Pens were fine but I had to pay Royal Mail £3.50 postage as the wrong postage had been applied so the pens arrived very late at extra cost.

My order has still not yet been delivered and there is no indication from the Company when delivery is expected. Trying to find out when delivery is expected is not a user friendly process.

The Sangria Pens are a gift for my grand daughter, I was disappointed that they were so lightly wrapped in a paper bag type paper causing the pretty box that they come in to be badly damaged.
Gave these to my granddaughter for Christmas. They arrived quickly during the December rush. She is very pleased with them.
I've never recieve the product. I don't know exactly why. i had an email telling that somebody try for 2 times to deliver and it was impossible,, but i was at home all day long...nobody ring. Maybe you need to change the delivery company...
The red soaked right through and it’s everywhere I don’t know how to get it off. I would like for you to send me another one for free.

I haven't used my new watercolor pens yet. But they arrived really fast.
Lots of colours to choose from, and the packaging is lovely. 10/10
The colors of the pens are very nice and they are easy to use. One of the pens is somewhat dried up, but otherwise a nice set. I'll have figuring out ways to use them.
I love my pens. they have beautiful colors and fine points that make them easy to use in any drawing or picture.
Colours are vibrant and blends smooth on paper, great set!
I ordered the 20 watercolor brush pen set, and some of the pens were so dry, I don’t think is worth the $$
