Wrong idea to order here
I order items for a complete new shower and no review of my order was done. So they let me order a GROHE GROHTHERM 3000 COSMOPOLIT which was not compatible with what I ordered (I order a raindance top shower and a hand shower and the GROHTHERM 3000 exists in 2 formats and I pick-up the wrong one. Any pro reviewing my order would have pick that up.... so now I'll need to order either the other GROHTHERM 3000 or see with Grohe if I can order just the missing assembly. Conclusion for me: I'll never order here anymore. If you read me, order here only if you know exactly what you need !
PS: I also add an issue (with the same order) with the evacuation (for the tub) and SaniExpert refused to replace it because to proceed with an exchange because I was a few days late... but on their web site the height of these evacuation pieces was not mention anywhere so it was not possible to know beforehand. Here also no commercial gesture, nothing!
