Diverter on a mixer unit

Had a problem with a mixer unit on a shower. Flow was poor and the unit repeatedly dripped after switching off. Got in touch with Sanipex which led to liaising with James. He suggested replacing the diverter. A diverter was supplied foc which was duly installed. The flow improved but the dripping was worse. After advising James of situ he supplied a special made to order diverter which had a brass face plate with locating pins and seals. This solved the problem! We have to say James was extremely helpful in resolving the issue and stuck by us to get to the bottom of the problem. Cannot fault the level of customer service we received and for that reason would highly recommend this company and James!

Excellent customer service

Excellent customer service, friendly and professional staff. Received very clear communication and instruction on the issue from James Smith Technical manager. Recommended to change the cartridge in both basin tap and shower which were under warranty and were sent immediately and received them in 2 days. This was absolutely amazing and the problem was sorted in no time. Thank you very much! +++
