Please, please beware of this company. They will take your money, but not give you the service that they claim they will give you. They never respond to messages and eventually will block you from sending them any emails.

I requested a refund, as they failed to provide me with the service I had paid for. I even have a message to confirm that they agreed that they had not given me the service, but then they have just ignored me and fail to make any contact.

I have reported them and I assure you that they be investigated.

They are scammers, so please report them. I can see that i am not the only one that has been a victim of their fraudulent company.

If I could rate this company zero I would. I have had a very bad experience with this company. They say they can provide you with a match and make false promises. Here is my experience:

Signed up, got 3 photos over 3 week (they only give you 1 photo per week). Said yes to all of them. Then they come back a week later with another photo. You're not given any update to what happened to the previous one even though you said yes. Then all of a sudden we stop receiving photos for nearly 2 months, tried chasing them up then we were told your profile was on hold? asked why? told the person Kulwant who was dealing with me wasn't working there anymore. Then they make false promises again even though I had asked for my money back. So still gave them the benefit of doubt. Guess what happens again, got about 3 photos again for 3 weeks and said yes to all of them. No communication from them, I was constantly chasing them up. No updates from them. I asked I wanted to speak to the manager, there's no manager here I was told. We'll get them to call you back. What happens? yep no communication from them, no call back from them. I've been constantly contacting them. So I have now got to a point where I am in the process of speaking to the local ombudsman and dealing with them professionally. They have taken £300 of my money and given me false promises and not provided me with the service that I had paid for. I will be reclaiming my money back from them, even if it costs me further money, just so I can prove companies like these should not be run by mickey mouse owners!
My advice to all thinking of paying this company £300 DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY!!! I am not the only one who has fallen for their fake promises. This company should be shut down before they SCAM any other people and take advantage of innocent people.

I feel this site and the people who run it Gurinder and Kulwant - they send you profiles but they never arrange meetings or provide a level of service. it all feels like a bit of a scam to get money from you. I would suggest not using this service. i have been signed up for 6 month and they havent arrange a single match. Not worth they money, better to spend it on legitimate engaging and interested match makers

Highly recommend this company I had good experience and finally I meet someone special because of Sanjogg.best service always timely reply and they complete the all commitment when I called first to sanjogg.much appreciated and highly recommend

My parents registered me for this rather expensive service 3 months ago (it's 6 months in total). Every Friday they send my parents a profile to review. We are at the halfway point (3 months into the service) and my Dad has responded on literally almost every profile that he has been sent. For every profile that has been sent to my Dad, he always expresses interest on my behalf. We NEVER hear back and NEVER receive any feedback or update. This is unacceptable for such an expensive service. At a very minimum they should let us know a response either way. They can easily tell us that "We have spoken with the girl's parents and they are not keen on your son" or something along those lines. We never hear any response or feedback, and we are just left in the dark as to what the update is. This is just another pointless and expensive service and I am beginning to doubt whether the profiles are even genuine. Waste of time and money.

This company is fake. There is no record of the company in the UK on government website Companies House. The registered address is Peterborough, but the office telephone number is a landline number based in Newcastle. The same number is also a WhatsApp number, for a business account. Reviews are false and written by the employees of the call centre. They company dupes people by paying for advertisement on Punjab Radio. The website domain was only set up last year, the site claims to have been providing matrimonial for 7 years? The website domain also looks to expire in September 2023. There is no company called Sanjogg at the Peterborough address after checking google maps. A search on google shows the office is empty and to Let on estate agent website.

Please stay away from this scamming company. There are not based in the UK. Extremely unprofessional and do not fall for their polite Punjabi tone of voice. They are scamming people in the UK, the are based in India using UK contact number. They will mislead you and say all of the right things that you want to hear. I am UK professional there were too many red flags with this fake company. Don’t waste your money, this company needs to be shutdown in the UK. Don’t think it’s genuine just because they advertise on the radio. They committed to provided me with a refund via WhatsApp only, they won’t give me a date of when to expect the refund and keep leading me on. I have also sent them many emails to complain and they simply ignore me.
