Terrible quality/price/return policy

Terrible quality, terrible return policy, terrible price. I splurged on a bikini after a rough break up, hoping for a little self esteem boost. When I got it the sizing was way off and the quality was poor. The material was rough and scratchy. When I looked into returning it, the policy is store credit only. I should have looked into it before I made the purchase. I tried to exchange it and hope it was a fluke. The quality of the second swim suit was poor also. Exposed seams and scratchy arm bands. Very disappointed. I learned my lesson with not checking reviews before purchasing unknown “luxury” brands.

I returned two of my swimsuit tops for…

I returned two of my swimsuit tops for a different size. It says it was delivered to them over a week ago. The company will not return my emails and has never shipped me back my new sizes. Definitely would not recommend.

Fit is bad and customer service is worse

sizing and fit is not good. I had to order new sizes in both the top and bottom but that didn't help the fit issues as the cut of the suits is not well done. Customer service has been no help whatsoever - I've tried chat on the website, emailing, and submitting via Contact Us page and haven't gotten a response from any of them

Unique Designs but May Only Be Worth It On Sale

Important Highlights:
1) This company only offers exchanges or store credit. If you buy a swimsuit and it doesn't fit, this wouldn't be a big deal. But if you dislike the swimsuit, just understand your money is with Sanori Swim.

2) The swimsuits run a tad small.

3) The materials used in these swimsuits varies. The models may mix and match bikini tops and bottoms. Please understand that some of the material, such as a Sao Paulo top, has a different texture and quality compared to the Tahiti bottoms.

4) Customer service was great, and Emma handled my situation with grace and patience.

My first purchase with Sanori Swim was not great at all. I bought the Sao Paulo top and Tahiti bottoms to build my own luxury bikini. However, upon arrival I noticed a huge difference in quality and texture between the top and bottoms. It felt almost like two different companies made my bikini, and it wasn't a good collaboration at all. The bottoms felt nice. However, the Sao Paulo top was absolutely horrendous. The design matched the pictures and was a good fit. HOWEVER, the material was itchy and very cheap, and I felt like a Wal Mart top was better quality. I thought it was a joke or quality control got me. I paid a little over $80 for just the swimsuit alone without including the shipping. I honestly wanted to cry, because I finally treated myself to a nice, luxury bikini only to be tricked by this online company. I felt that I should have just went to a physical boutique to feel and try the bikini on. Let's just say, the Sao Paulo top would NOT have sold if they were available to try on first.

Anyways, I was able to get in contact with a compassionate associate in customer service, and she was able to resolve my issue. Emma, I would give you five stars, but I am sorry I can only rate Sanori Swim as a generous 3.

The new Aurora swim top feels better, and doesn't have the cheap material or itchy stitching like the Sao Paulo top did. However, the cut is much smaller than the Sao Paulo.

Even with the new Aurora top and Tahiti bottoms together, I would not have paid $80+ dollars for it. The models are gorgeous in the photos, and the women who shared their pictures in the bikinis look fantastic on the website. I am unsure if there is an issue with quality control, but I don't think the product matches the price tag.

Just placed an order for the Green…

Just placed an order for the Green Firenze top and bottoms bikini last week and received in a very timely manner (shipped via USPS from Buffalo, NY to CA within 4 days).

The bikinis arrived in good condition. However, the items are marketed as “high quality” and “never fade gold hardware”. I find both of these claims to be doubtful. The hardware feels very light and cheap for something that sells for $80 per piece ($160 total for the set). Even with the 50% off sale it’s like $80+ per set.

I will say… I don’t know how long these will end up lasting. I obviously hope it will be awhile given the price point, but the fit is rather flattering. I’m 5’4 and 125 pounds. 34 C bust and 27 inch waist 34 inch hips. I got medium for top and bottom and it fits.

For 4 stars because Sanori is indeed not a scam, not -1 star for subpar material and hardware quality.

Great Customer Service

I received my first purchase from Sanori. A bikini top. I was disappointed because the material is of great quality however it was smaller than actual size. After reading the recent reviews, I was preparing for the worst but I am pleasantly surprised and impressed by their quick response and willing to send me an exchange of my choice. I will definitely be purchasing bikinis from them in the near future.

Buyer Beware - NO REFUNDS

Got swimsuit for my wife. Doesn't fit - not even close. One would think in today's day and age that returns, exchanges and refunds are easy. NOT here. They apparently have a NO REFUND policy. It would be nice if they advertise that instead of making you have to look for it. Now we are out $70 for a mere swimsuit top that we cannot even use.

Poor customer service no refund policy

Did not accommodate a change request to the shipping method and mislead me to believe that items were already picked up when tracking showed that only the shipping label was created. The order arrived far too late, their return policy is store credit only, this applies to all items. I have the items in its original packaging unopened, why is it that I can't return these items for a refund.

I've had an amazing experience with customer service and the swimsuits are so nice.

I've had an amazing experience with Sanori Swim which I found on Instagram. I've gotten 3 bikini sets from them and they all fit wonderful. Customer service is also amazing. I had to return one of the swim suits because of sizing issues but I had emailed them ahead of time for an exchange. Once they received my return, the new suit was shipped out the next day. Great customer service, responsive and seamless.

No refunds, poor customer service

I ordered 5 different items in different sizes and none of them fit well. The bathing suits too lose and unattractive. I request a return and refund and they refuse the refund, only offer store credit. It has been a year, the inventory hasnt changed and they still refuse to give me a refund, they are forcing me to order something i dislike before the store credit expires! Like my money expires!

Another review for the worst customer service ever! Poor workmanship on the bikini bottoms and their explanation for what “30 day returns” actually are = there are none. I wish I would have read the reviews first, as the quality of workmanship and material is cheap, cheap, cheap.

Worst company ever

Worst company ever! Their return policy isn’t clearly stated and I was only able to return for store credit. They initially tried to give me a credit of half my purchase price. When the bathing suit still didn’t fit (I’m a 34DD and ordered an XL. Looks like it was made for an A cup) they refused to accept my return and said that you can only return one time. What a scam! Do not deal with this company!!

I ordered a cut out bikini top

I ordered a cut out bikini top. I’m a 36DDD so I ordered the XL. It’s too big and is not at all adjustable. Returning it will be a hassle I can tell already. I have to fill out multiple things online can’t get a refund have to pick another item to exchange for or get a store credit. Ridiculous for a $58 swimsuit TOP.

Too small but exchanged

I’m updating my review after Sanori reached out to me and helped make things right. They offered me a refund for my top, and exchanged the bottom for a larger size. I am much happier now and the L bottoms do fit me. Although please note the Zakynthos bottoms run very small since I normally wear a S or M, and I had to get an L.
I also still had to pay to ship the swimsuit back to them in order to receive the refund and exchange, which I’m not thrilled about. But the exchange process was easy.

The bottoms run incredibly small. I am 5'4" and 120lbs, and usually wear a small or medium swimsuit bottoms. I got the medium from Sanori (based on their sizing chart), and it’s waaaay too small. Also, the quality of both items is very low. I feel duped for sure. I'm not sure how they have so many positive reviews?
I'm in the process of trying to exchange it, but I'm required to pay for shipping, which is incredibly disappointing. I will never order from them again.

IMPOSSIBLE RETURNS

The swimsuits run so small. I am 5'-2" and weigh 118lb and the medium was so small. The return (exchange) process is so difficult. I've been waiting on a credit for my $200 worth of swimsuits. At this point I'm probably going to just dispute the charges with my credit card company.
