“Sant Market”

“Sant Market” – a typical example of Odessa fraud

I ordered an expensive toilet seat from them. Broken. I immediately requested a return. What did they say? “It’s Nova Poshta’s fault.” How convenient. But here’s the kicker – the seat also had stains, which they called “a factory defect.” In other words, they knowingly send customers defective, broken goods and don’t even see a problem with it.

It seems like their scheme is simple: sell anything, if it’s broken – blame the delivery service, if it’s defective – “it came that way,” but never refund the money. Looks like a classic Odessa trick – find a naive customer and convince them it’s their own fault.

A reputable company would never send out defective products and dodge responsibility. But here, it’s the opposite: zero respect for customers, zero accountability, just a desperate attempt to squeeze money out of you by any means.

And one more thing – all their excuses are pathetic lies. No matter what they say, how they try to justify themselves – it’s just another manipulation to avoid responsibility. Don’t let them fool you.

Avoid this company at all costs. “Sant Market” is a place where you are guaranteed to be scammed.
