DO NOT ORDER from this website terrible experience. Bad quality bad sizing! Very hard to return. I read the reviews on trust pilot for Santa Monica boutique and they were OK. But when you try to return it is really called Belle boutique which has terrible reviews. If you want to return you have to send it back to China at your expense. They will offer you a 10%refund and you can keep the terrible product. Such a waste a total ripoff. Beware

0 stars. This company is a scam. I paid almost $70 for a dress that felt like paper only to discover later that they stole photos of a designer dress that costs almost $500 to put on their website an the one they sent me was cheaper than the crap they send you from Temu. Their website has a very misleading return policy in their FAQ section that makes it sound like they have a pretty standard return/refund policy, but they actually expect you to jump through ridiculous hoops to return an item and cover costs yourself that are almost as expensive as the item you’re returning within an unrealistic time frame. They will only allow you to return items to a warehouse in China and you have to pay for shipping and any customs, etc. and they don’t provide any help with that in the form of a return label or anything. I looked into what that would cost and it’s not worth the hassle or cost, so I basically am out $67.95 and get to keep a cheap paper dress I will never wear. Total scam! Their customer service was infuriating and unhelpful. I can’t find a place to leave a google or Facebook review to complain either so this company wasn’t afraid of me leaving a bad review so they refused to actually make the situation right.

Scam I thought I was getting a trench coat from New York it actually came from china.it took 30 days and was 2 sizes too small.

The dress I ordered is as described and fits like a dream. It's well made with arm stripes matching perfectly, it's knit so the feel is very soft.
