Santa's Grotto Live 

This was so disappointing from the entrance to seeing Santa.
You managed to completely ruined the Christmas magic for my children and they believe in Santa.
If I wanted my kids to know that Santa is not real, wouldn’t spend money to go and see one!!!
From the lady who looked like she can’t be bothered to great the children, shrieked have you got tickets to see Santa who looked and sounded dreadful. Sprayed beard and cheap outfit. Someone hires those people…
My 4y. old ask when is Santa coming??? after 5 min. listening to silly jokes- sorry not the way Santa behaves.

Poor customer service. Website says no refunds but that you can change the date/time. However we were unable to do so, and find that the funeral for my late Grandfather in law is booked for the same day. No empathy from the company. Will be exploring a refund through my credit company and also ensuring John Lewis know how this company treats customers.

What a lovely experience for younger ones! Santa was friendly and kind, and able to keep the conversation going. Not easy with a 5 year old!

Wow!
This brought a lump to my throat. My normally very shy little girl took an instant liking to Santa. The conversation was very personal and Santa was patient, funny and kind. Just how to imagine Santa to be.

Totally blown away! We’ve been to Lapland and the one to one with Santa wasn’t as good as today. Santa used all information sent so well and had my son totally mesmerised. Thank you for making our Christmas so special, we would book time and time again..... even when COVID has gone!!! Brilliant!!!!

What a fab experience, would highly highly recommend. Quite a few of the other reviews say how much more of a personal experience this is versus the normal in person grottos and would totally agree. We’d organised a bespoke family call for 40 mins with 6 different households, 4 of which had kids. There were a total of 14 kids on the call and we were a bit worried it would be chaos but the kids were all mesmerised by Santa and how much he knew about them. Santa was great, the timing on the call was perfect, going around each of the kids one at a time and making it really personal. Santa did stories, sing songs and games which all the kids loved. There was quite an age range for the kids - from 15 years old to 2 years old, but all loved the experience. Thank you for creating a special memory in such a difficult year.

We had a great experience, easy instructions to follow and great administration to update information.
As for father Christmas, he was lovely. Personalised information had our children (aged 5&8) on the edge of their seats and still talking about it the next day!
We would definitely recommend - paying extra for the presents was well worth it, our girls have played with them all the next day.
We loved it, thank you for making it a special time 😊

Absolutely fantastic my three year old was so happy to talk to Santa and show him his toys. Santa was brilliant too

What a wonderful Christmas treat for my class. Santa (Aaron) was incredible and really gave my class a festive boost. The children's faces lit up at their names being read out on the nice list and they all thoroughly enjoyed singing along, practising their "ho ho hos" and being wrapped up in the magic of Christmas. Thank you so much!!

After having a Christmas break away cancelled we booked our zoom call with Santa at short notice. Customer service was first rate, they couldn't be more helpful and responsive. We had the call this evening and it was fantastic! My kids were so excited and truly believed they were speaking to the big man himself. The call was completely personalised and the kids were amazed at how much Santa knew about them, their achievements, and were thrilled to hear they were on Santa's nice list! Santa had clearly done his research, he gave the boys individual attention and made them feel special. They had a sing song with him and were given an opportunity to ask Santa any questions they liked. Even better than most of the in-person grottos we have been to and I will definitely book again next year. High recommended. Thank you for making this Christmas special for children in difficult times.

Fantastic experience for the children & I cannot recommend highly enough. Santa had obviously done his homework prior to his video and knew stuff about the boys (including how to say their welsh names) without it being evident that he was reading from a fact sheet. The children loved it and even my eldest who isn’t impressed by anything these days immediately wanted to tell family about his chat with Santa. Fantastic job Santa’s Grotto Live team, I’m very grateful for you keeping the magic alive in what has been a terrible year. Diolch yn fawr!

Really easy to book. It was an experience that really ignited some magic for our son during the this difficult time due to Covid restrictions. Our son was blown away by the fact that Santa knew lots about him which is what makes it so special. We recommended it to friends and would happily use this service at Xmas again.

What a magical Christmas and a visit from Santa we shall never forget. He knew all the fabulous things the children had been up to recently and even left them a present under the Christmas tree. They loved playing Eye Spy in the Grotto and singing Christmas Carols.

I was very impressed with this! My daughter really enjoyed it and ‘Santa’ pitched the conversation exactly right for her age and kept her entertained. Much better than going to the usual Santa’s grotto! Thank you very much

Excellent back office customer service, punctual start time. Magical experience for the kids who couldn't believe how much Santa knew about them. Although it's not quite the same atmosphere as going in person, in terms of being interactive (asking for info about the kids beforehand, playing a game and singing a song with them) this was much better than any in-person Santa experience we have ever had. Santa pitched just right to the kids. Perfect alternative to visiting Santa in person, I would even consider repeating in a non-Covid Christmas. Highly recommended.
