I’ve been waiting for a refund of €15.90 for almost two months. Despite multiple emails, I’ve been ignored. Extremely disappointing customer service.

My complaint is about ongoing cashback promotion. Whenever I enter the website to upload my recipe, it says that they reached the daily limit. Therefore, on two days, I woke up early specifically to submit my purchase receipt through your website, The website is available starting from 07:00 AM. On the first day, I uploaded my receipt at 7:10 AM, and website told me to wait, waited until around 07:15 AM only to be informed that the promotion was no longer available because the 400-participant limit had already been reached.

Still hoping for a fair chance, I tried again on the second day, waking up once more at 7:00 AM. This time, I uploaded my documents at 7:01 AM sharp. The website then kept me waiting for about 10 minutes before displaying the same message, stating that the quota had already been filled — barely a few minutes after the promotion opened.

This experience has left me with the strong impression that the promotion is not being conducted transparently. I fulfilled every requirement and submitted my receipt as quickly as technically possible, yet was repeatedly told that it was too late. It feels misleading and has completely broken my trust in the brand.

This was my first purchase from Sante, and unfortunately, given this experience, it will very likely be my last. I have been trying to submit my receipt for days without success, and I find this not only frustrating but also unacceptable from a company that claims to value its customers.

I kindly ask for a clear explanation and a fair resolution.
