Had an issue with the pants after the two three weeks after they arrived the immediately replaced the pants immediately. Reinsured my choice in the company that I had purchased from the past originally arrived very quickly very nice heavy duty rubberized set was keeping me very dry and warm didn't need to wear an undershirt for extra insulation they're lightweight and kept me very movable out in the field while operating a tractor and doing Ranch chores.

Lost package
My first package was lost. As soon as I let Saphirose know, the company immediately mailed a new order to my house. I am impressed with their response time and appreciate their customer service. The two children rain ponchos are perfect for my granddaughters: colorful, well made, and so lightweight (they will easily stay in their backpacks). Thank you Saphirose!

Chic rain jacket
After the zipper fell off of my first rain jacket, I emailed SapphiRose with photos and they gave me a significant discount on another rain jacket. I ordered the same one because I like the style so much. Very chic. Hopefully the zipper on this one holds up!
