I still have not received my tree.

I am still waiting for my tree, I have received no news from the delivery company. I am very disappointed.

Fantastic looking Tree

I am more than happy with the tree and the garland I ordered. It looks and feels like the real thing and the pine cones add to the effect superbly. I would highly recommend this tree and the service from the company was excellent. Thank you.

Christmas tree less beautiful and lower quality than expected

I bought following christmas tree model :
Delaware 210 LED 540 Lights - 132210 147 1 € 449,00 € 449,00

This christmas tree was indicated on your Internet site as being a very natural model, very well presented.
Reason for why I selected this expensive model.
But I'm little bit disapointed once I got and installed this christmas tree.

It's only the branches endings which have such a "natural" presentation (in plastic material), arround 10cm only at the branches endings.
All the other branches are in a sort of "paper" materials which seems cheap effect and not very beautiful to see (I knwo this kind of materials introduced on other Christmas trees models much cheaper).

Please come back to me to confirm all that is normal or if maybe I got another (cheaper) model than the one I ordered (Delaware 210 LED 540 Lights - 132210).

Dear Stoll Vincent,

It is correct that it is normal that the "natural" presentation is around 10cm only at the ending of the branches of the Delaware. The other material is PVC. You can also find this information in the description and the properties of the tree: 80% PE material, mixed with PVC. (the PVC is at the inside)

PERFECT !!!

i have never seen a Christmas Tree so realistic as this one (IOWA Deluxe). very good quality and shipment within two days.
I recommand this site for all...
should review prices if possible!
