I have visited Sarah Artistry and Sarah and the team have been fantastic. I needed some skin advice on a procedure and Sarah took me through the some treatment options and offered advice on the best course of action. I am very impressed by her knowledge, friendliness, professionalism and customer focus. Sarah always looks to build a long term relationship with her clients.

I go to Sarah every month and do a variety of treatments. Every time I leave the place my face looks even better. She and her team are very professional and very nice. Thank you so much 💓

The best in the game!!! I have been visiting Sarah Artistry for 3 years and every treatment has been amazing. The Classes have helped me gain great knowledge and the service has been 5 star. Sarah herself has been wonderful throughout and her professionalism and class set ups speaks through her work. I had a hydra facial and my lip filler done from here they were amazing I saw great results and my lips look so natural. All the staff were so welcoming and lovely they are really informative. I will definitely be coming back!

I have gone through a varying spectrum of treatment, both invasive and non invasive. The attention to detail, my care, hygiene and even the results are phenomenonal.

My journey started with Sarah artistry many years ago. I bought a voucher on Groupon, and as I was trying to book in it was fully booked. When I got through I expressed my concern and was reassures that the voucher would still be valid for when I was able to get an available appointment to suit my timings. I am thankful that I waited it out and met this amazing team, led by one of the most amazing, strong and empowering woman I have met in life!

Do not bother with the make up lessons on wowcher with Sarah Artistry. I was bought a voucher in June that expires in September but they have no availability until May next year - they keep instructing me to go to the one in NE London instead but I live in SW Surrey so it's way too far for me to travel. Customer service have been really unhelpful.

I attended the makeup masterclass class today and it was more than what I had expected. My teacher Lara, provided a brilliant service, she was friendly, informative, accommodating and taught me in great detail the ways could improve and enhance my makeup. I felt comfortable enough to ask her questions at any given time and she would gladly answer. All of the staff today were very helpful and provided a friendly yet professional service! I’m so glad I found this gem of a salon. I got my eyebrows microbladed by the lovely Lara who done fantastic job and explained everything to me step by step. All the staff were friendly and helpful and made me feel at ease. I even treated myself to fat dissolving injections for my tummy and used the muscle working machine on my belly and was amazed to see an instant 1 inch loss of my waste. I’m really forward forward to going back next week for another session of injections. Thank you to all the amazing staff at Sarah Artistry for your great work and making me feel so welcome and at ease.

I've been a customer of Sarah Artistry for 4 months now. I was at my lowest point confidence wise of my life, with significant skin trauma across my face. This involved a very unique and complex set of requirements to resolve. I had a number of consultations with various skin clinics, but without doubt the consultation with Sarah was the most detailed and comprehensive, thus choosing to go ahead with Sarah Artistry.

Sarah and the team are all superb! They are extremely knowledgeable, and apply treatments to the highest of quality. Also, above all, they genuinely care and want the best for their customers.

Sarah is very passionate about her work which is really lovely to see and she passes this on to her team. I have had various treatments e.g. lazer, microneedling and I am very happy with the outcomes. Definitely recommend this service!

I have been visiting the team ast Sarah artistry for a little over a few years now. I have tried multiple procedures, including but not limited to: basic chemical peels, hydra facials, semi permanent makeup, skin needling and so many more. I'm currently undergoing medical grade chemical treatments, and honestly couldn't have chosen a safer or better place to do so. The staff are always highly attentive, always taking care of hygiene, and customer care. The team at SA and Sarah herself, have a passion for what they do and it shows. Unlike a lot of other places I have never felt pressured for an upsell, instead the team have always worked with me to help me choose the best treatments for my needs. So much live for these girls, always excited for my next appointment, and to see what's new!!!

Had a hydra facial and my skin is glowing now. I suffered from dull oily skin. Really love the glow. Will definitely be coming back for more. The staff were really professional. She explained the procedure, and products used...Dr Murad.

An amazing experience and customer service.
Before month ago when I had my first laser hear removal session with Sarah I didn't know what to expect due to previously bad experience in another clinic. Honesty I was amazed, firstly from the very warm welcome from Sarah and the staff, then from the very well explained information about everything regarding the procedure and finally to the beautiful friendly environment they've create for me, making me feel like very special customer.

On the other hand, the clinic itself impested me with cleanliness. It's shining like a diamond. It is more clean than a pharmacy if I can describe in this way.

At the end of the session I've even received a massage which was the "Chery of the Cake". I've fell in LOVE, I didn't want to leave that place.

Today was my second session and the service I've received again was "Top of the Top" or "Best of the Best". Can't wait till my next session.

Overall, definitely recommend Sarah's clinic. She and her team are super lovley and professional.

Firstly I'd like to say how welcoming the team is , as soon as I entered the clinic was filled with enthusiasm and I had a warm welcome. The therapists were very knowledgeable and professional , they explained everything about my treatment and have allowed me to feel so comfortable as I was quite nervous however I loved my facial it was super relaxing my skin was left so nice and smooth and glowy ready for my event , i had so many complimemts later on that eveneing on how amazing my skin looks and they were all shocked.

It was a fenomenal premium service and their products were amazing and also purchased few of her skin care brand which had really helped improve my hyperpigmentation which was a massive concern to me .

Over all service was 10/10 I absolutely loved it I recommend you all the go there as the energy and the vibe was amazing that I didn't want to leave !!

I had a hydra facial this week along with my sister. The next day our faces were swollen and we were both ended up at the GP in pain and were given medication as the products used at this salon are questionable. I have no allergies but there is something pumped into the skin during the hydra facial that it reacts causing damage to the skin. Avoid this place as I do not wish my awful experience on anyone else.

So I thought I'd wait a few months before leaving my review. For good reason too. I wanted to see the results first before leaving a review and that takes time.

I went in for Scalp micropigmentation (SMP). I was extremely worried leading up to the appointment, as I litrally had no idea what to expect and my scalp and i are very close. So i wasnt just going to let anyone do the procedure. But all those fears were put to rest very quickly once I was greeted by Sarah and her team. They did everything they could to make me feel comfortable and relaxed. Sarah's step by step explanation of what to expect gave me huge confidence.
My procedure did take alot longer than expected, i mean a good few hours longer. However, that didn't deter Sarah or her team from continuing until they had the perfect finish. Not once did their professionalism drop in the time i was there. In fact, I realised very quickly they were just genuine nice people. Anywhere else, I'm confident they'd of been ready to pack up and gone home alot earlier. No 2 scalps are the same and mine was just taking alot more ink on one side and being the perfectionist that Sarah clearly is, she had no intention of allowing me to leave until it was perfect...
Once it was all said and done, the finished scalp was absolutely amazing! Not a single person to this day even notices I've had SMP and its been alomost 3 months now. It looks incredibly natural. I was told that for the next week or so after the procedure I may have a sore head or some peeling. I had very little of either. I will say there was some pain at times during the procedure. But that was down to me refusing the numbing agent.

So in conclusion, I'll definitely recommend anyone to visit Sarah if she can fit you into her busy schedule and I'll also like thank her and her team for the Vip service i was given and the fantastic work done on my scalp. I'd honestly give 10 stars if I could. Well done and hopefully see you soon for my top up!

Wowcher claims Dermologica facial is £238. It’s this sort of nonsense that gives wowcher and small businesses a bad name. There is no salon charging this amount of money for a dermalogica facial so the intention to sell it as a huge discount to unknowing customers is poor form, not to mention quite insulting. Huge amount of upsetting and poor service with very strange business model. Paid for an hours facial and was in the room for 20 mins with the rest of the time being spent having the brand upsold to me. Plenty of excellent small businesses and beauticians in the area, who won’t try to rip you off
