I had a large order for a wedding party which was created and delivered a couple months before the wedding which was great! It was a custom order so they had to order the flowers I wanted in which they did without question and they came out so beautiful. My only negative was that the bridal shower bouquet was a bit smaller than expected and the calla lilies had a bit of a colour in that I’m not keen on, however they offered to do a bigger one if I returned it which they didn’t have to do! If I had double checked sizes then I would have probably done this originally!

Customer service is prompt and friendly and I couldn’t have asked for a better service.

Excellent service ! I ordered my flowers online and then realized I had forgotten two button holes. So I placed a second order for those. Sarah's flowers then emailed me and confirmed my two orders and the date of my wedding to ensure they would arrive in plenty of time. They then combined the order for me and refunded one lot of postage with out me even asking. They where so helpful and kind. Its not often these days that businesses care so much about their clients. My flowers came very quickly and looked great. They are so pretty and I'm very pleased.

I was a bit cautious buying my wedding flowers online but Sarah and Jason have got it down to a fine art.

I ordered a range of bouquets and button holes for my summer wedding and Sarah was very quickly in contact with me about some supply issues they were having with foliage and a slight difference in shade of purple in my roses.

This was no fault of their own and they were clear and communicative from the off. I was sent photos of alternatives and was able to decide whether to wait or pick some slightly different flowers. I went with a lighter shade of purple and I’m so glad I did.

The flowers came just when they said, and delivery was free which was something I was worried about. I cannot stress how realistic and gorgeous these flowers are. They are so intricate and feel so personal to me. I hope I never get married again but if I do I will come back to Sarah!!

So disappointed with my valentines flowers after using you for 10 years since our wedding. More foliage than flowers nothing like what my husband ordered (£70) rose brown after 2 days and despite fresh water ever few days by day 7 the rest of them had died moulding too time to find a new florist ☹

I was hesitant at having silk flowers for my wedding until I found the website for Sarah’s Flowers. I was not disappointed, they are absolutely gorgeous and so lifelike. Excellent customer service as well. Highly recommend this company, you will not be disappointed.

Decided to get married this month (in case we went back into lockdown) with very little time to prepare anything. Found the flowers in the exact colours I wanted on Sarah’s Flowers so emailed asking if they would be able to provide them in time. Had a reply from Jason explaining that normally it wouldn’t have been an issue but due to COVID they are short on supplies. He suggested a few tweaks so I went ahead and ordered. I’m so glad I did, the flowers are fabulous!! Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to anyone. Thank you so much 😊

Chose artificial bouquets for a wedding with relatively short notice. Had regular communication a d responded to a couple of queries which made this feel a more personalized service. The flowers arrived in ample time. The bride is absolutely delighted with them. The colours are bright, the quality of flowers are exceptional. I was a bit jubious about using artificial flowers for my wedding, as they often look very cheap, but couldn't recommended Sarah's flowers enough. The flowers are gorgeous and look incredibly real. Excellent customer service too!

Seems like a good company - however used their online question form to make an enquiry about a custom bouquet. I gave them the date I was wanting it for - my wedding anniversary - within that request. Have had a good talk back and forth and came up with a good design and they sent me images of the flowers. This took around 4 days - then I had no response for a day so I chased them up to be told they've not got a delivery of roses until june and blaming covid - given I've now wasted 4 days where I could of just ordered a none bespoke bouquet I'm more than a little annoyed and its now VERY unlikely that I will infact get any bouquet in my timescale which as now been cut short as Jason at Sarahsflowers has in effect used up 4 days. I would suggest the company actually reads ALL of the information provided to them from their online question page, as had they done so and said they would not be able to help - I would of thanked them for their time and either looked to order a none bespoke bouquet from them or from elsewhere

Great service, bouquet arrived on time and looks absolutely beautiful.

Ordered for my cousins party, got a lovely bouquet and amazing side accompaniment flowers to go with it, great flowers.

Flowers arrived within specified time, I emailed to check they were on schedule and received a speedy response. The flowers ordered were breathtaking, I can’t stop looking at them. They look so natural and beautiful, you can feel the quality and care that they have been made with. I could not recommend anymore and I can’t wait for them to be part of my wedding.
