The worst kind of customer service I have ever seen. I got a damaged product and I didn’t even get my refund yet. Have been chasing the customer service agent daily with no answers! THEY MAKE EXCUSES EVERY SINGLE TIME ! Filing a legal complaint tomorrow if I don’t get my refund by tomorrow. I AM A LAWYER AND I WILL GLADY SUE YOUR COMPANY!Pathetic website !!

Poor quality clothing at higher prices. Customer services was even worse!
Ordered a sharara suit. Wanted to video call first before the order was processed. Everytime I asked about the order, I was told that the order was under soothing. Shipment was promised between 10 to 12 business days. After inquiring for several days and wanting to see the product before Shipment. I was told that the order is shipped and they will not be able to show me the end result. I asked the Customer service that what if I didn't like the outfit and if there is something wrong with it. I was sent there refund description by them. When I received the outfit. It is mo where near the outfit it shows on there website. Totally different colors and cheap materials. When inquiring, I was told the colors match and they will not be able to refund. I wish I could post the pictures so everyone can see. Will never recommend someone to order from there. If you want your money's worth, never go towards them. They are a big scamers!
