We are a B2B Travel company based in Nepal. We provide service for travel companies who needs local ground handlers for curating trips (small groups and FITs) to India, Tibet, Nepal and Bhutan. We are into the Business since 1994. Normally we do all inclusive and fully guided trips so that the trip goes always controlled and service is at its best. Hi Amal, We are very sorry to read your extremely hurtful, inaccurate and nonconstructive review. When most travelers write a review on social forums such as Trustpilot, there are typically some positives that can be drawn from the comments, or negative comments are supported by evidence. However, in this case your review goes beyond honesty and fairness as is more likened to outright slander. To help shed some more light on your time with Sarita Holidays and provide a balanced review for future customers to read, I have responded to each of your claims.
1. Never answer Messages. Yes, we might be busy on our peak seasons but we do follow-up with each and every clients. We are a purely B2B service provider which is different than other providers in town specially B2C. We are completely shocked and doubtful that if you ever tried to contact us through any means? How can this be a negative comment in your review when it was entirely your choice to contact us but what are the means of contact? did you tried any of our emails? or any phone numbers provided in our website or books or promotional flyers?
2. Bad Customer Treatment. We presume the fact that you did not expand on this point is due to a lack of experience and knowledge on your behalf. To clarify, any person named Amal has never tried to reach to us. and in the Month of March never. We are into the business since 1994, and all these years are the proof that how we are providing service to the clients.
3. UNSAFE: If anyone don't respond to you then how is it going to be unsafe? We believe in If we think the tour is not for you, we will tell you. We prefer to have one less customer than an unsatisfied customer. but instead of directing any further comments towards us or any means of contact through WhatsApp or any other means of communication this person decided to head directly to the public forum of Trustpilot to blatantly discredit our business. At Sarita Holidays we are very passionate about what we do. We pride ourselves on providing a service that is of high quality, honest, value-for-money, and we hope to ensure that your time in Nepal is as fun and easy as possible. If this is ever not the case (which is very rarely as you can see from every other review), we take it seriously as we wish to continue to develop and exceed our customers’ (and our own) expectations. Receiving an unsubstantiated and undeserved review such as this does not just hurt the business, but more importantly, the real people who put their lives into ensuring Sarita Holidays lives on. I would urge any reader of this review to come into Sarita Holidays and simply chat to us about any of the concerns that this review might have created and to make your own judgement. And to Amal, I urge you to consider the impact that an inaccurate and unfair review can have on the livelihoods of local staff that are employed. Constructive criticisms can be very worthwhile, but in this case I feel you have not achieved anything constructive, and done more of an injustice to yourselves as travelers than you have to Sarita Holidays. Aussie Escape to Nepal

My holiday with Sarita was fantastic.
Everything from accomodation and flights to treks was organised exceptionally. I recommend Sarita to any aussie thinking about visiting Nepal, Tibet, India, Bhutan or Antarctica.

Thank you Sarita Holidays for making my much anticipated Poonhill trek a wonderful reality. The whole team from Sarita Holidays are wonderful & professional and helped me plan and manage my whole journey from Kathmandu to Poonhill and back. I cannot wait to go for my another trek with this wonderful team, really appreciate all your help.

Stunning team amazing country

What more can you ask than be looked after by a team of people who live grow and breathe in Nepal. Laxman and Suni are the heart of the fantastic company steering you through the country. It’s not a guided tour it’s a deep journey into the real country. Perfect trips adaptable and responsive to our needs. I cannot fault the way that we were looked after

My Nepal trip

A great experience and we felt at home throughout the tour and a special about at Sharma who entertained us the max and never said no to any of our request.

We really liked his singing and the terk information he had and the wonderful experience he shared

Sarita's service is excellent : I have travelled with them on 4 occasions.

I have travelled with Sarita on 4 occasions over the past 15 years, and never needed to use another agent due to Sarita's high standards and performance.
I have been on cultural visits and treks - most recently the Langtang Heritage Trail. Trips cannot be guaranteed to be without problems, but Sarita's staff are quick thinking and flexible so that the traveller hardly notices.
From booking (at competitive prices) and throughout each trip I have felt safe and well looked after.

staff of the Company guaranteed

I had a trip with SARITA recently from Katmandu to Annapurna range. The Company was kind to me and my husband; the staff was always worried about our health and did their best to satisfy us each time we needed it. Laxman has been an excellent guide for us, much qualified, and assisted us each time we need.
