I placed an order for 2 sets of Premier Inn pillows and ordered 2 of the same by mistake. I called Sartex and spoke to a very helpful lady called Sally who emailed me the return instruction. Within half an hour of my return being received by Sartex the replacement was dispatched and I received it the next day and less than 24 hours after them receiving it. I did not even have to pay postage for the replacement - and all that is what I call excellent customer service!

Awful company to deal with. Trading as PremierInnAtHome - estimated delivery 3 to 5 days but took weeks. Non-existent customer service. All emails are ignored and can't get through on the phone. Seems impossible to create a return or exchange.

Got a response in the end after many phone call attempts. Never got any email replies though.

Absolutely amazing company I ordered some pillows from premier inn website which is created and dispatched via sartex firstly the pillows and covers are the absolute best quality, incredibly comfortable and have helped me sleep better. I have ordered from them twice and the second time yodel sent my order to the wrong depot (yodels fault) so I contacted sartex customer service and the lady on the phone was absolutely lovely and dealt with it promptly this company is amazing great quality and great customer service.
