I visited the currency exchange booth in their Mashtots branch.
There's a clerk with massive hatred for foreigners. The momment he saw my passport was not Armenian he started screaming at me and constantly repeated in broken English "no exchange for you" and then repeatedly pointed at the door and yelled "out".
The guy is obviously racist. I had done exchange at this place a day before with a different clerk so I'm sure obviously this clerk was racist.
The sad part was that none of the staff intervened and instead everybody started laughing just like they were having a good time and enjoying this scene.

I always make online orders from SAS but this was the last time. They deliver your order whenever they want even If you put the time when to deliver. The flowers are not worth the price and it's not even fresh.

I would not recommend this service to anyone as it did not go as I expected.

Bad customer service and all the products they have are more expensive than anywhere else. I used to buy cherry pie.
I will talk about my experience. At first the price was 340, then the price increased to 380 A week ago, the price had jumped to 480, and today I went to buy I was surprised that the price had become 580, and not only that,but that the amount of cherries inside it has decreased and became
80% pie and 20% cherry !!!!!!

Also there was a small jar of Nescafé 2400 now the price is 6000 !!!!!! Is there a gold inside that I didn’t know ???!!

The worst delivery and customer service…
The worst delivery and customer service ever. I was very disappointed today, after waiting for six hours for delivery, they failed to deliver altogether. Firstly, they did not have the cake I ordered in stock and they asked me to choose an alternative cake. They lied multiple times on the phone that the product is being delivered with different excuses every time. Such a waste of time on overpriced products. If I could give less than one star I would do. I will never use them again and will not recommend to anyone.

Horrible customer service. Overpriced. Tried couple of time different locations, but all of them are the same. The ceo or manager have to pay attention to this. You ask something they respond cold without looking at you with bad attitude as if you are at fault.

Good variety but the delivery is terrible, its been 5 times theyre sending not what I ordered just cause they dont have it in stock, no warnings nothing, just plain different product, they probably think "ah well, that will do". Terrible customer service.

You can find a multiples products and good prices, make attention on products they come from europe, they have a tax and are more expensive than europe!
