Excellent product, easy to apply.

They are easy to use and very pretty.

Wish I had read the reviews before ordering as I was also signed up to a subscription which I didn't realise until the money was taken from my account. I also thought due to the adverts for them they could be used to lengthen nails which they cannot. I wanted them to make my nails look even as they have a tendency to break. Not as good as they seem in the ads.

Scam site - will sign you up to a subscription, refuse to cancel your order even if it's 5 MINUTES after it was mistakenly made. Then you have to pay to post back. Will be highlighting this scam site on every platform every day until I get some proper customer service

You are signed up to a subscription on the first purchase and very deceptive on the small print that this has happened. No reminder to allow you to cancel before the next shipment - very sneaky unethical business practise, they know what they are doing.
And to compound it all the product looks cheap and doesn't last.

Took a long time to ship. Product is good - stayed on for a week before edges started lifting up! Love that it doesn’t seem to damage the nails like typical gel. Quick customer response! I don’t frequently use polish on my nails as I am always using hands for projects/ gardening - but this worked really well for the times I want to have the polish without the commitment of a salon gel manicure

Tricking people (ie assuming not asking if they want your “subscription”) is a poor business model.
So many reviews about this same complaint from everyone, yet they try and gaslight you as though it was your fault. Then they “ ask for more information and can’t find your order” BUYERS BEWARE! SCAM COMPANY!!!!”

I asked a question via their website, and the next day they replied with a detailed, comprehensive personalised reply. V impressed.

I only tried this company because a friend recommended them — otherwise I would have assumed it was a scam. The product peeled off almost immediately, even after I spent hours applying it exactly as instructed.

Their auto‑renewal subscription is unfair and goes against the principles of the Consumer Rights Act 2015. I received no reminder, and when an order was placed they told me they “couldn’t cancel” and that I’d have to return it at my own cost, despite the product not working and no reasonable opportunity to cancel the subscription. Wouldn’t have even reviewed thinking I got unlucky if you didn’t treat customers so poorly with sneaky renewals.

To make it worse, the subscription was set to renew every 4 weeks even though the product is supposed to last 8 (based on buying 4 sets). Overall, a really poor experience.

I’ve had a payment take off me which I didn’t authorise for a subscription I didn’t request.

I’m very disappointed my bank details have been misused.

When I first started ordering the quality was good. Now they feel thinner and ruin quicker. However the main reason I’m writing this review is to ensure others are cautious of doing transactions with them.

I have contacted them directly but no reply as yet.

First try wasn’t perfect but I didn’t expect it to be. Second time felt way smoother. It’s one of those things you improve at quickly. Not too hard once you get used to it

(4 Star) Head of customer service reached out to me and I was able to have an actual conversation regarding my experience. She apologized for my experience, and I am satisfied with her handling of my situation albeit it never should have happened to begin with.

(2 star) I have used this product for over two years now, and always had a great experience. I have suggested them to many people. Up until now, I have never had an issue. Shipping is free for orders over $65. There are no disclosures, or notes that indicate that liquids ship separately and that’s why you will be charged shipping despite your order being over $65. Additionally, there are no disclosures that indicate you will need to pay imports/ tariffs, especially since the website says that Sassy Saints covers all taxes, duties, and fees. When reaching out for clarity, they claim it says it during checkout, but if using Apple Pay, which most people do, you are not informed of any additional shipping costs or import fees. Unfortunately, they have lost a loyal customer due to false advertising on the website, bait and switch tactics, and poor customer service.

Application is pretty easy. Just be sure to watch the video as the instructions are tiny. My primer bottle arrived almost empty but I’m sure they’ll send me another. It’s c a UK company so maybe it evaporated during shipping.

When I first saw this product on the Internet, it was offering me a one time, buy one/get two free deal. Very exciting. Since I had a wedding coming up, I ordered three colors and thought that was that. Unbeknownst to me, I was automaticallysigned up for a subscription I didn’t ask for, didn’t want, or forewarned about, before clicking the purchase button. Further, the orders fill automatically without sending you an email letting you know that it’s about to fill so you have the opportunity to either change your order, delay the order, or cancel the subscription entirely.
When you do try to cancel the order, they make it very difficult to find within their website.
Now onto the product itself. The advert says peel, press, and go! It’s not until you open the instructions that you discover that hairdryers are involved, with continual reheating, all while you have long plastic tips hanging off the ends of your fingers. The customer must also be sure that they are not gotten wet in 24 hours to allow them to adhere. Product recommends doing it at night so you can sleep on it, so that they’re better adhered in the morning when you start actually using your fingers, all details they leave out of the ad that make application extremely tricky, especially for someone who is not ambidextrous.
These nails didn’t even make it through the wedding ceremony.
