AVOID AT ALL COSTS. This company is running a subscription scam - do not order from them. I definitively did not order a subscription but have been charged for several months without realising. Their customer service is woeful and refuses to do anything to remedy this situation. In addition to this the nails themselves are also not great - they peal off very quickly and take longer to apply than advertised. In all a very poor experience.

Great products and easy to follow tutorials on the website. Delivery took longer than expected, so if ordering for a specific occasion order a few weeks before required.

I placed an order in June, in July I received notification that my next order had been despatched, despite not having placed a second order. They had, without my knowledge, signed me up for a subscription and taken the next payment. Cancelling a subscription I had not signed up for was a lengthy process. Beware.

I started using Sassy Saints gel wraps after a bad reaction to builder gel as well as the increasing cost of salon manicures. The first application took a while, but I’ve now done about 7 and love how easy and quick it is, and also love the range of colours and designs. Each application lasts 2 weeks for me, and I often get asked who does my nails. I will never go back to a salon. Thank you Sassy Saints!

Greedy business, be careful when placing an order

*Product quality: I ordered twice from this company, with multiple colours each time. I really like the concept, the colour offer is ok, and when applied correctly they look brilliant.
But the quality of the second batch seems like it got worse from the first batch, those were fantastic. These ones peel off in no time, not sure if the business changed manufacturing sites or processes but I wish they stayed with the first one if so.

*Unwanted subscription: the really bad part of this is the unclear subscription model. I only found out I was subscribed after I received a bank notification saying that I didn't have enough funds to transfer rent last month. I had just enough money in my account and Sassy Saints taking the money for 'my supposed subscription' threw me off.

They have this "next charge" small print on the unwanted order confirmation : "Next charge
We'll email you a reminder 3 days before each charge. To skip or cancel a delivery without being charged, please make changes at least 3 days before your next charge date." NEVER received that reminder.

*The most ridiculous Return process: When claiming a refund right away, literally minutes after receiving the order confirmation email, they said it was too late to cancel, I had to wait for the item to arrive, fill out an online form, go to the post office to ship it back from Sydney to the UK at my own cost (30AUD) and then fill out yet another form to confirm I sent it.

* 4.7 stars reviews on their website?? Where is this coming from? I tried to leave a review on their website and the 'write a review' link just redirects to the same page. They even invite you to be 'the first person to write a review' (???) but there's nowhere to do that.

The amount of time and money wasted on this really broke my trust, it was a product I originally liked, but now see the business as greedy and misleading.

EDIT (following day from original review)
After I already sent the product at my own cost and filled out all their forms, I received the money back for the unwanted order and I was told I could keep the products. Probably due to me telling them I would leave a review. Their offer arrived too late.

After leaving this review, I've been contacted again and they offered me free products in return of "amending my review". Declined.
There's probably reviews here that took the offer.

They also mentioned that I've been talking to an AI agent. This was not disclosed at any point.

Conclusion: the lack of transparency is woeful! If you want quick action leave a review.

I recently received my order and find the product very easy to use. Too early to determine if the product works as advertised.

I found the site easy to navigate and the information was brilliant. There were so many hints and tips to get the best out of the gel wraps.

Quick and easy to use. Product was clear how to order and got confirmation straight away

These nail wraps are really easy to apply and last 10 - 14 days as long as you follow the instructions. Nails are in much better condition and I much prefer not having to visit the salon. They're also a fraction of the price.

I had a query today which was answered and sorted straight away. I am impressed with their customer support.

The product was good, worked like the website said they would. It was very easy to put on. The instructions said if between 2 sizes use the smaller one, but I disagree, the bigger one looked better on my other hand

The product arrived in a timely manner and I truly appreciated all the advice and tutorials that were provided. I have not yet been able to use the product since my nails are in poor condition, and too short to use the press on nails properly. Hopefully my nails will be in better shape in a few weeks and I can then comment truthfully on ease of use etc.

Another unwanted subscription after an initial purchase, I have seen 2 other reviews of exactly the same nature in the last 24 hours! It would appear this company recover the costs of lucrative initial promotions by engaging people in unwanted subscriptions. I also never received an email 3 days prior to payment being taken, which they advised I should have done. Despite emailing support within 10 minutes of them taking payment, I was advised it was too late to cancel the order! I am now expected to pay to return this unwanted product. Customer service representatives also seem unable to follow a basic thread of communication and simply repeat previous communication. I would avoid this company at all costs if I were you!!!

After reading directions they were easy to apply. they stayed on great. i need to put on a second set but have not yet because of time. Even though they go on quick.

TERRIBLE PRODUCT. Don’t waste your money, you are simply paying for packaging. I followed the instructions down to the tee: I filed prior, warmed the wraps with the blow dryer, primed my nails and it lasted me less than 24 hours. I’ve used LILY AND FOX stickers before and they are way better quality without the price tag. I seriously have never been displeased with any product as much as I hate this. Don’t waste your money
