Colors are nice and I like how easy they are to putt on but I thought they would be stronger. They are already lifting and chipping at the ends.

I recently left a review and then responded to the request for extra information. But I still haven’t had a response or a refund!! Just in case there is a problem I will put the order information here.

A note with these details and my address went into the envelope. I have an email saying that they received my return. All packs were unopened. 22nd June a refund of £ 23.94 went into my account. This doesn’t match any of the above references. £84.44 outstanding! They advertise a 100 day money back guarantee.
I have sent multiple emails with the issue of not wanting their product because of how they conduct their business. This all started in February. I wanted to feel a little bit girlie after having a mastectomy. Before I could get chance to try the product more came and I’ve been trying to stop it since 😒

I should have just gone straight to trust pilot. Thanks Joanna for refunding me. No I don’t want to amend my review or star rating that you suggested by email. Very easy ordering. Transaction was quick and easy!

I ordered, didn't know I was signing up for a subscription. Talked to the costumer service, they helped. Didn't try out the product yet.

I love the gel nails. They are thin, look natural and protect my own nails. Easy to apply and remove. A great product!

Purchased once quality was terrible despite following all instructions - didn’t want to be enrolled in subscription so contacted customer service. Two more payments have since been taken from my account despite numerous emails to ‘customer service’. I have cancelled on website to no avail either. They ‘claim’ to email 3 days before a payment comes out to confirm you want the items - this is categorically not true. All in all buyer beware this is a close to a scam as I have seen.

This product is nothing like what you see on Instagram. I've tried it three times now, following all the instructions exactly, but the results were very disappointing. Some of the nails turned out bumpy instead of smooth, and after just one day, some of them had already fallen off. I really wanted this to work, but it simply didn't. Unfortunately, I can't recommend it.

I did these right before heading out and didn’t even take my time with it. Somehow they still looked super clean and put together. It genuinely felt like I had gone to a salon. Didn’t expect that level of finish at home

The gels are fantastic and so easy to apply, even in a hurry. It wasn't obvious I was on a subscription when I bought them, but actually it is useful and I am wearing them more. When I enquired about possibly ending my subscription the response was quick and really helpful. I actually ended up staying subscribed!

It is a great product especially if you cannot get to a salon regularly. It is not as easy to apply but I ma sure as I get used to it the application process will imporove.

Delivery took longer than I thought which was a bit annoying, not gonna lie. But when it finally came everything was packed well and the wraps themselves looked really good. Worth the wait in the end I guess.

Products and communication updates about my order

This is a great product. Only thing I would say is that there should be more options with sizing as some of mine don't fully fit and when they do there isn't enough of that size. The durability is good for someone with ADHD who is heavy handed. I will definitely continue to get them as I love that there are no damage to my nails and it doesn't take long to do them.

Very easy to understand and follow. The advertisement is very tempting and persuasive, full guidance on how to use the product, excellent communication and great after sale control customer service.

I love the gel wraps. Why? mostly the colour variations. Honestly, I am not experienced with beauty care, nor am I a beautician, but with practice and KEY following the instructions, you do get good results. Practice makes perfect with the application - be persistent. I believe that, for what you get, the price is reasonable, and there are always offers, which I really appreciate about the company. Overall, I am beyond happy to be a relatively regular customer of Sassy Saints. I actually wish my job would allow me to wear the manicure sets more often, but as a Marine Biologist, that is just the nature of the job and not a fault with the product - it is very naturally damaging to the nails. That said, the pedicure set I find lasts sometimes more than 2 weeks, even with scuba diving daily. I truly hope this review helps people who are on the edge of buying Sassy Saints products because fundamentally every woman should feel beautiful and confident in their skin, and these products personally make me feel exactly that.
