Great customer service to match their amazing products

I ordered a new tee but, when it arrived, the stitching on the design was poor quality. I've ordered quite a few items from Sassyspud before, all of which are brilliant. I reached out to the customer service team with a photo and offered to return the tee in exchange for a replacement. The team responded in a day, agreed with and apologised for the issue (it was human error, apparently). I was told to keep the faulty item and a new one would be sent out. It arrived within two days. Brilliant customer service to match brilliant products. Very happy.

I placed my order over a month ago

I placed my order over a month ago - and didn't get an update since then. After sending three emails, the customer "service" told me, that the parcel is sent on 26th of September and I should wait some more days. Also they told me that they would have no tracking link because my parcel isn't in delivery yet. Well, I waited and waited and sended two more emails to the customer" service"and got no reply. I already paid the sweater. The long delivery is one thing, ok, but not getting in contact or at least answer your customers requests is another thing. I'm disappointed. Meanwhile I've read some of the comments here on truspilot and the answers of the company are saying a lot about the service. How unfriendly and pissed they write to their customers instead of finding a satisfying solution. I thought the spirit it this company would be different. Sad experience.

Products haven’t arrived, NO REPLY to messages

This company is a joke! Placed an order more than a month ago, but never got a confirmation. Problem is that credit card bill arrived already. Tried in every possible way to get in contact. ZERO feedback. Nothing.

It is unbelievable how bad this experience has been.

Inferior quality materials- AVOID

Ignored initial contact via website contact form and both Facebook/Instagram inboxes. Awful quality products. Purchased a t-shirt and wore it twice- terrible discolouration under the armpits. Contacted the company and provided photographs of the issue. They said it wasn't their problem and that they couldn't help. I've never bought a t-shirt and seen it in such a state after 2 washes. Beware- use of inferior quality fabric that discolours after two wears. Bitterly disappointed that I was made to feel that it was my fault. Now left with a t-shirt that is unwearable and no refund or exchange. Absolute joke of a company who claim to be ethical and caring, but who will unpleasantly blame you if you request support with issues around dodgy products.

AVOID.

I am sorry you feel this way. We were unable to refund or replace your order as this was delivered 6 months ago.

There were stains under the arms of the t-shirt, which we are not responsible for. If this had been brought to our attention within 30 days of it being delivered, we of course would have been able to offer a refund or replacement.

The T-shirts are made with 100% organic combed cotton and are a very durable fabric.

I am very sorry you had a bad experience with the garments, I hope you can understand why we are unable to take this any further.

Shipment never arrived, NO REFUND

This review is written on behalf of my girlfriend.

Ordered an item with shipping. The package is stated to have been delivered at a package shop, but Sassyspud (or their courier) does not state a location where it is possible to pick up the package.

Sassyspud has not delivered the package, and do not want to refund the payment back to me, even tho I never received anything from them.

This case has been going on for +4 months and the customer support of Sassyspud has not been helpful in solving this matter.

I cannot recommend dealing with Sassyspud

Great customer service

Ordered 2 jumpers and a top from Sassyspud, amazing quality, I emailed the customer service team as I hadn’t received a dispatch email within the estimated time, speedy response from Sarah/SJ, they were great and sorted it for me. I wanted to a return a jumper and I received again a quick response and help with my return. I also asked for a different colour jumper instead of a refund, this was again a quick process. Can’t fault the service I’ve received, would definitely buy from them again! I love their organic cotton jumpers, so cosy!

Quality ok, but refund process long

Delivery speed and quality are ok.

But refund process is longwinded, unlike other shops which provide hassle-free return portal.

Order receipt doesn't include instructions on how to return it (no idea why as it would have been simple to add return address and instructions to the A4 paper you get with clothes), so you are forced to enter in an unnecessary email conversation which feels salsey as if they want you to desperately exchange items and avoid a refund. And on top of it, you lose money by posting it back with tracked service as return label is not covered by SassySpud

The most unprofessional

The most unprofessional, if not straight up scamming people.

Placed an order more than a month ago, untrackable, asked for refunds but they deny it and keep sending tracking number as "proof" they are sending something.

Avoid it, they will get your money.

Unfortunately due to Brexit, any orders placed around the time this happened were returned to our warehouse multiple times, and so we reshipped them with different tracking numbers each time with DPD.

never again!

I am waiting for month and a half for my order to be shipped. They keep sending me invalid trucking numbers every time I try to get a refund. Very childish.

Unfortunately due to Brexit any orders placed from the EU had to be reshipped multiple times and reshipped with different tracking numbers each time. We have since paused shipping to the EU because of these problems with delivery.

Good products and company ethos. This is the second time I’ve ordered from Sassyspud this year. The quality of the hoodies is really good and the customer service has been brilliant when I had the need to contact them on the second occasion. I will definitely buy again.
