Wow wish I had switched to Starlink a few years ago. The experience so far has been amazing. Our installer John was fantastic, although we were not at the property he kept me informed with calls and photos every step of the way. John is a real credit to you and cannot recommend you highly enough ☺️

Great communications leading up to the installation. John, our engineer, arrived 1 hour earlier than the ETA advised which was great and he had us up and running within about an hour. Great service all round from the moment we placed the order with Starlink to the installation being completed by Satworks. Can highly recommend!

First class service with quick and easy installation. We were kept informed and updated on installation. Time amd date. Very clean and tidy job with no disruption to our house. Very polite amd friendly technician. House amd outside area left clean amd tidy.

I've recently joined Starlink.
They emailed to schedule the installation which was simple to arrange however there was a three week wait.
It was disappointing that we started being charged immediately on receipt of the reuter rather than after the installation!
Anyway Mark, the installer, was very efficient, messaged the day before to confirm his timing. He was very punctual, courteous, helpful and did a good job.

Great communication from this company regarding my starlink installation. Very helpful when having to change appointment times. The company they sent out to do the installation, Anywhere connect Ltd was fantastic, very helpful, friendly, and did a great job. Sat works gave a courtesy call the day after to check everything went ok. Very happy with them. Thanks.

I recently had a Starlink installation carried out by Sat-Works on 16/03/2026 and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the service from start to finish.

The team were professional, punctual, and clearly very knowledgeable about the system. They took the time to explain everything in a way that was easy to understand, making sure I was confident with how it all worked before they left.

The installation itself was completed to a really high standard – neat, tidy, and with great attention to detail. They made sure the dish was positioned perfectly for optimal signal, and the performance has been excellent since.

What really stood out was their customer service – friendly, approachable, and genuinely helpful throughout. Nothing felt rushed and they were more than happy to answer any questions I had.

I would highly recommend Sat-Works to anyone considering a Starlink installation. Brilliant service, great workmanship, and a hassle-free experience all round.

Living in a rural area, the installation was far from straightforward and the weather conditions on the day were extremely challenging. Despite this, Howard went above and beyond to ensure everything was completed properly before leaving.

He took the time to make sure the installation was fully finished and that all devices were connected and working perfectly. His professionalism, persistence, and attention really stood out.

Am annoyed that I am being charged from 4th March despite the installation not taking place until 11th March
I have asked for the invoice to be reissued but not heard whether this will happen.

The satellite man came and put my gen 3 dish on the roof. It was very professional, and the guy is very kind. Did a good job, deserves a raise.

The engineer was great....was tidy,helpfull,and showed me how everything worked.
He had the system up and running in two hours.
Such an improvement on our old radio system.

Howard, the engineer who installed my Starlink system, was friendly, polite, professional, helpful... he made sure everything worked perfectly before leaving, and left everything tidy. Strongly recommended.

Excellent experience with Sat-Works engineers. The pre-fitting discussion was very good, as was the advice received, and the dish fitting was excellent. Additional technical questions were answered clearly, in a friendly manner and professionally. 11/10 Will definitely use Sat-Works again should I need any work doing and would have no hesitation recommending Sat-Works to anyone else.

Friendly helpful and efficient, they had my unit fitted within a couple of days and bent her backwards to accommodate me so I wasn’t without a network. They were patient, they responded via email quickly and did all they could for us.

The installer was exactly the same, friendly helpful and pleasant, he did a good job installing the unit, arrived on time and cleared the small amount mess before he left.

The engineer arrived exactly on time and completed the job in under two hours. The installation was very efficient and professional, with the engineer consulting on the location of the dish and cable before starting the work.
We have an annexe building that we run as a holiday let, and the engineer made sure this was connected and running before completion. Excellent service.
