Dreadful service, when I rang and asked for help to use new tv box, response was as very rude and was told the already went through it me.

Filled out the online form to get information on a Hikvision hdd recorder, obviously no-one checking there in box. Still waiting for a reply a week later. Wake up Satcity. J.

My issue is with their, in my experience, very poor customer service. I ordered a sat dish from them between August 20-26 and it arrived promptly to me in Donegal within a couple of days. It was well packaged and in pristine condition. I ordered a dish without a LNB as I did not need one. Initially I got set up ok and all worked fine until October 18. After wet weather the signal disappeared and the lnb won't work. I merely wanted their advice or recommendation for a more robust, weather resistant one that works with their product. I have thrice emailed, called both their landline and mobile numbers, all to no avail. In this user's view customer care and service is top priority. It is not so with this company despite their claims in their About Us website section.

Ordered a zone 2 satellite for installation, their online videos made it easy to install and I'm surprised at how reasonable the price is and it feels robust and sturdy. There was an issue with one of the screws I had ordered separately and I received a replacement within two days of notifying them so happy with their customer service.

I ordered something online. It arrived the following day. Unfortunately, the product developed a problem later on. To me, this issue was unforeseen. When I contacted SatCity, this was dealt with promptly and without fuss. Great service.

Seemless experience - I ordered an LBN and some bits and bobs late on Monday and the package arrived exactly as ordered early Thursday. Recommended.
