After 8 days and a big effort in energy (calling my bank and Satispay customer care I obtained my money back on my banking account. At the beginning Satispay customer care deny an automatic feed on my account of 200 euros. Calling up my bank and making them to write to Satispay I was able to get back my money. As a money transfer it should day 1 or maximum 3 business day. It took me 8 days and a lot of effort. I am scared to transfer money between the two account and I feel I will close soon my Satispay account.
