Still no sign. I ordered it last Saturday and I don't expect next day delivery but you've sent a message asking how you've done so I imagine you believe it's been delivered but it hasn't. That's it. Tracker says it's been in a depot since Sunday.

So easy to update my cars Satnav with the new SD card. Satnavcard confirmed which card I needed and sent a link to purchase the new SD card, great price and great service.

Very fast delivery. The card worked immediately to update my 2016 Ford Sync2 Kuga. Perfect!

I found the company to be very helpful when I couldn't get the card to load. But, when I finally gave up and said I would return it, there was silence. I asked repeatedly for their address but there was no reply. I sent the card back to the address on Trustpilot , tracked delivery, it was returned to me as it was an incomplete address. I have asked again. Still no reply.

Website made it easy to identify card. Ordered it on the 8th and it arrived today, the 10th. Plugged in the card and within 1 minute I had a fully functioning satellite navigation etc., system. I recently purchased the vehicle, a Mercedes SLC and when delivered, the card was missing! However, the garage are going to refund the cost…. I first tried my local Mercedes dealership and quoted £600!!! Anyway, I’m very happy with the service, website, delivery and if I was paying, the price.

I sent text saying that this card was not the newest available , and have not received any help. Very disappointing.

Worst product not supporting in my vehicle and when i try to connect them no reply

I received the SD promptly, unfortunately this wouldn’t work in my car (correct navigation system).
I contacted the seller and after a few emails they sent out a replacement and everything is now fully working.
The sign of a good business is how they rectify genuine issues, and these were ace. I would definitely use again.

Online portal was very easy and convenient to work out which card I needed to order. Quick delivery and easy installation. I contacted the company again just to verify the process and they were very helpful. I defo use them again if needed and would highly recommend

The device sent to me is not working. I have been contacting them for some time but they just kept mute, no response at all. I paid £60 for the item.

Genuine satnav SD card for VW Golf. Unfortunately my software doesn’t support SATNAV. Which I never knew until the mechanic explained.
