Satrapa is scam site - they don't hold any stock and do not deliver on anything you order. I have just had a refund via my credit card company for something I ordered months ago.

When something looks too good to be true, it usually is..

DO NOT USE - YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED

Satrapa never delivered the Samsung S21 i ordered, after repeated emails and standard response they have payment issues with Stripe, advised me to raise dispute through my Bank.
And now after raising dispute through my Bank they are rejecting my claim saying they have delivered the goods, I dont know what to say, be careful with your money and go with reputed sellers.
i wont recommend Satrapa to anybody , the hassle i am going through

Jan Satrapa is the Director - 10 Nathans Road, Wembley, England, HA0 3RY. She claims to be an architect on LinkedIn. The company is active but with a proposal to strike off on 15/6/21 so anyone that has not got their money back - be quick!

I have just checked and this company is back online. I have never received any goods and have yet to receive a refund for the goods i paid for. The dispute is with my credit card company. I would not advise anyone to use this company.

WOULD NOT RECOMEND, DO NOT TRUST:
I placed an order and once it was marked as complete, I waited over a week before contacting them to see where it was. Then got informed they would not be able to ship the product to me and said they had initiated a refund which would take 3-5 days. 7 days later no refund. Contacted them again, and got told up to 10 days for refund. 11 working days later NO refund! Ended up reclaiming my money through my credit card company. If it is a real company and not a scam, I can't see them being around for long when treating customers like this.

Took my money didn't send goods, same rubbish excuse as they have told everyone else. They have flagged my original review with trustpilot but I have all the paperwork to prove their deceit, absolutely terrible, do not trust. The positive reviews on here are FAKE. BE WARNED.

Beware! Company is criminal! Purchased a graphics card, no goods, no refund. Contacted them through online chat and they give some excuse that its fue to issues with financing company "Styrpe". Complete nonsense! They continue to advertise and sell these goods online!

I purchased a PS5 from them last month. Before shopping I checked their reputation online. Even here at Trustpilot. There was many good reviews that along the year. So I trusted. After a week of waiting there was no sign of shipping. So, I contacted them. They said that they had a problem with payment provider, so I requested refund. It's been over a month and I haven't got my my back yet. I started to a dispute process through my bank but it will take 18 weeks. It was the worst online shopping experience I have ever had. Never trust companies like this anymore.

As others have said total scam, I was nearly stupid enough to be conned twice but fortunately used credit card payments, took 3 weeks but got my money back through bank not these scammers, avoid like the plague if you want to keep your money, hopefully soon they will have their bogus website removed. I have reported them to the police who insist they will pursue ! Also is there a way to take them off Google review if you search 3080 under shopping tag they are there bold as brass along with other scammers like British miners

as many have said, these guys are scammers. They will make excuses for mot being able ship the item then insist they have refunded you and to wait few days.

After almost a month, I had to raise dispute with my credit card company.

They use template replies and bots.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. You have been warned.

scams! they will take your money and later will say that they can't give it back nor to give you the product you paid for...

This is either a con or a very poorly run company. They took my money for an item listed as "in stock". After 7 days I chased and they said they didnt have any and said a refund was already in progress. 20 days later, no refund and they say it is a credit card company fault. I'm now stuck arguing with Visa as Satrapa deny all responsibility.

Unfortunately bad experience. Ordered rtx 3080, when order completed after few day I contacted them to ask when it will arrive. Then they said issue with payment processor, and issued refund. No refund and no card. Then they said refund is up to 5 business days. Well it looks like never then. Then last communication they told me raise dispute with stripe..... Apparently payment gate on this website is not stripe.... It is sad as I trusted positive feedback they only had when I placed order, suddenly it looks all of them are fake boots. Suggest to claim money back to everybody and don't buy anything from them.

No delivery dates when asked said refunds was issued when asked about refund date no answer scumbags bank saying they'll give me my money back and try to get money from them c how that goes

Scam! Avoid!

Ordered Samsung S21 ultra told they were both VAT registered and it would be with me in 7-10 working days - both are lies

Now saying the rubbish about their stripe being on hold

Started a dispute with my CC to recover funds

Same as everyone else on here. Order ps5 and pay. Chase after a week and told about problems with their payment processing. They initiate refund but no sign of it.

They are still selling ps5s on their site. I thought this was unusual as NOONE has any, so if Amazon don’t have them, how can this lot? Should have listened to gut instinct.

Will recover from CC company but it’s a pain! How are they allowed to continue trading?!
