In SATS Fields Gravity with Annette Jensen
In SATS Fields Annette Jensen is hands down the best Gravity/ Best Fitness Instructor I have ever had the pleasure of training with. From the moment I started taking her classes, I have learned so much and have seen incredible improvements in my strength and technique.
Annette is a high level fitness instructor, who places focus on proper strength building techniques, ensuring that every movement is done correctly to prevent injury. Despite this focus, her classes are also fast-paced and challenging, allowing you to see real results in both your technique and strength, which is just so motivating.
As someone who has struggled with neck problems due to whiplash for years, I always found it difficult to work out without experiencing neck pain and dizziness. However, thanks to Annette's expert guidance and expertise, I have been able to train in Gravity classes and build strength without these issues. In fact, my neck problems have significantly improved since I started training with her.
Annette's dedication to her clients' well-being and her deep knowledge of fitness make her an exceptional instructor. I cannot recommend her enough to anyone looking to improve their fitness and overall health. Thank you, Annette, for making such a positive impact on my life!

Great Support function
I am very pleased with the support service of the firm. My daughter is a first year student in Denmark and several days ago, out of nowhere, she received a letter from Intrum (debt collector company) that she owes SATS two months membership fees plus interest rate.
We were shocked because she never ever knew what SATS is and why a debt collector company is writing her !!!!!
It came out that her personal data has been stolen and someone has used her address and CPR to get a membership under the name of some man who has not paid it.
We contacted Intrum and they realised that she is a woman, not a man (which is obvious from her CPR and name) and that obviously someone has stolen and used her identity. As a result they asked her to report the case to the police and said that will POSTPONE the case !!!!!!!
Naturally, we reported the case to the police but our huge stress, questions and doubts remain …..
How is it possible a fitness to issue a membership without checking the personal details of the man? How is it possible to give the case to a debt collector knowing that this CPR belongs to a female not male and obviously is a false membership? How is it possible the debt collector to send her 4 emails asking for the due amount and giving her to court without even checking the case?
Can’t believe that such a scheme and things may exist in a country like Denmark!!!!!!!

Unfortunately, instances like these can occur despite our efforts to verify information.
Regarding the involvement of Intrum, the debt collection process is initiated based on the data tied to the account in question. It is standard procedure for them to investigate any claims of fraud, which is why they requested a police report to document the situation formally. This step helps ensure that your daughter’s case is fully cleared and no further action is taken against her.
We understand your concerns about how such an account was opened in the first place. While we follow strict protocols to prevent misuse, we are reviewing this specific case to identify how this incident occurred and what further measures can be implemented to enhance our systems.
We truly regret the distress caused by this situation and are committed to resolving it completely. I understand you are already in contact with our Customer Service team and they will be looking into this matter with you.

Love SATS, but I was sad when they removed their steam rooms and still kept the price…
I wish they would start to renovate their gyms in DK, as they start to look a bit old and used.
Would have a hard time switching due to them having their Sauna :)

Hello, gym is 4 stars, but changing room is not so nice, many shelfs without the doors, sauna windows is usually not clean, still many guys is shaving what is unhigienic ind disguasting. After electricity prices came back to normal, stream sauna is still closed..

It was decided by management that the steam rooms will not be reopening and that is why you will see that they're still closed in the gyms.

Inspiring instructors
I was participating in a BodyCombat lesson and the room was full of energy. The instructor was so inspiring, skillful and humorous, the other participants contributed to an atmosphere where you forgot how tough it actually was. Burned a lot of calories in a nice way.
Drawbacks: the center's lockers has been replaced with some rusty ones and the shower's water pressure is unacceptable.

In regards to the instructions on the machines, they do have them on there, but if the instructions are unclear or if they have some slight wear and tear making them harder to read, you can always ask the staff at the gym to help you 💪

Not Clean and Organized as it was used to be!
I have been training at SATS Søborg for almost 3 years now and have visited frequently.
It used to be very well cleaned and organized. I always saw the previous staff keeping the gym in good shape by organizing the weights, cleaning the machines, and sanitizing the changing rooms. Unfortunately, I don’t know what has changed lately, but the gym no longer seems to be in the same condition. Perhaps the new staff who were hired recently don’t take the same care in keeping the gym in good shape. The weights are scattered all over, and there is dust everywhere. The changing and shower rooms are not getting well cleaned.
I would recommend that the management take action to address these issues and improve the overall cleanliness and organization of the gym. So the gym can return to the high standards it once had, ensuring a better experience for all members.
